I have sliced the potato with the side of the grater so it is really thin and have made up a lasagne of sorts. The white sauce was made with skimmed milk powder, water and a tsp cornflour. And a little nutmeg.

Lasagne is probably one of my favourite things to eat and last time the boys had it I had it with rice. I feel happier that I am almost having the same as them. Thank you for all your help. I will give you the verdict later :D

eta Dizzy your post makes me think I might go back onto green. I did enjoy it last year, and I lost most of my weight on green. And I love SW chips.

Hope it comes out ok :)

You can have SW chips on EE too - still free, just have to have some SF veg with them!

I love green days, love having 2 HEB and HEA and not constantly having to top up my veg - but I hate having to feed OH meat-free meals. He's a growing lad!!
