now who's being over dramatic?? ;)

Look, you leaving won't help you, or anyone else, lose weight.
But I think you should bear in mind that the point of the thread is really to support, not debate. Especially not to debate or argue when the topic is people's feelings.

You're right, absolutely - as long as people can understand that there are times when a kick up the backside can be just as supportive as a hug!

Hello, and Happy New Year! I haven't been on this new thread as I gained lots over Christmas and was plodding along on my own.

I am back as I have a question, of course:) I have planned to make Lasagne for the men tonight but I don't eat wheat. I wondered if anyone had any thoughts of a lasagne made with ryvita between the layers? I had also thought of making a wheat free pancake from chick pea flour but that would be too many syns......I usually use courgette slices but am out of courgettes. Or any other ideas gratefully received.

    Thank you :)
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

could you make their lasagne with pasta and keep some of the meat and sauce aside for yourself, then have it with a jacket potato?

Otherwise, maybe sliced potato would work? be less of a lasagne more of a meat and poato bake though.
