HopePray, I thought stock cubes were free? Might not be all of them though.

For some unknown reason I agreed to take part in a fitness session for my self employed work. I'm being paid to do it, and whilst the thought is quite terrifying I decided that January is a good month to join all the other unfit people on their first session. 1hr out in the cold running around being shouted at by army people......I'll let you know how it goes!

I saw them in the magazine before Christmas when we were all snowed in - well not getting further than the village for shopping. My local Spar had them in but £3.50 for a box:eek: but I treated myself to them - cant say I like them for breakfast too much of a sugar rush but for a pudding they are ok!

My Dad has said he has seen them in both Sainsburys and Waitrose for at least a £1 less.
    How many syns are they?
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.

I've just glued myself back up here after a mahoooooosive gain in mexico :o (twas lovely getting the gain tho LMAO)

Well I've been a very naughty girlie too and didn't go as far as mexico to achieve it! I've taken up my place in the naughty corner (albeit an enlarged corner to accommodate the added bulk) but really want to fight my way outta here.

Thanks alisont, have a mini Sainsburys so will have a look in there. Hope they're not too sweet & sickly, I don't usually go for chocolatey cereal but the SW mag just made them sound so nice - I'm such a sucker for advertising!! :o

Think I might have a glass of wine for my syns tonight as I've only had 4 so far & that bottle needs finishing or it'll go off

It looks like it's repeated tomorrow at 7pm on ITV2 :)

    Very excited about GLEE!!

Can anyone tell me when the new biggest loser USA series is on? I can't find it lol.

OOH thanks. I'll record it on itv2 tomorrow then because not only is Glee on at 9 tonight and the biggest loser, but hell's kitchen USA which is one of my fave programmes ever - so that's a clash of 3 things at 9pm tonight

Well I've just got back from my first SW 'fat club' and have to say i'm sorry but I hated ever minute of it.

I know that it's busy cos it's Jan, and cos of the Bella vouchers, and also I have to start by saying it wasn't the usual consultant apparently it was a sub cos she was ill.
    However, it was truly dire.

At the new joiners table the consultant explained the plans really badly, hardly went into any detail about Healthy Extras, what you can have etc. Only talked about EE but didn't explain what superfree is so everyone was saying potato was free veg, etc.

Also offered no 'tips' - just read out how many syns is in chocolate and crisps to shock you, didn't offer ideas for low syn treats or anything. I tried being chatty and everyone just sat there with faces like smacked bums!

Then they went round the group and it was just 'you lost 1lb, how was your week' then everyone clapped and it went on for ages. And they did a raffle. There were loads of bits where people were just chatting among themselves and it was just a bit boring to be honest.

It was a bit of a shambles with people coming and going and talking in the background.

Their scales weighed me at 4lb more than I weighed at home this afternoon but I'm just going to ignore it cos i know where i am with my scales and I am never EVER going back!!!
They made me sign a membership form, but PLEASE someone confirm that I dont have to go back!!!!!!
