Right you lot, budge up, I'm climbing back on that waggon!
Spurred on by someone on a broken leg website saying they had gained a stone in a month - no blinking WAY am I going to go that way just cos I've only got one functional leg and am studying.
So today I went out and took the advice, and bought fruit, sugarfree sweets and some peppers and carrots to cut into sticks (as well as some houmous and a small packet of mini eggs ) all in an attempt to stay on track.
Today:
alpen light bar (3)
cous cous, stock, mixed bean salad, tomatoes, lettuce, low fat houmous (b) frittata (2)
fibre plus (b)
risotto - lordy my mum made this one a lovely one! Mushroom and bacon (3) with salad and a drizzle of garlic flavoured oil, parmesan (a) (3)
brandy snap (3)
=14 syns all HE's used so far.

I saw them in the magazine before Christmas when we were all snowed in - well not getting further than the village for shopping. My local Spar had them in but £3.50 for a box:eek: but I treated myself to them - cant say I like them for breakfast too much of a sugar rush but for a pudding they are ok!
My Dad has said he has seen them in both Sainsburys and Waitrose for at least a £1 less.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
