Well done flutterby! -1lb is better than +1lb!
Susan, my housemate says the same! Although I'm pretty sure my BMI is currently better than his!0 -

I think I am going to give up my class, I have only been going for a few weeks but don't enjoy it and feel ucomfortable. So hoping I have the willpower to go it alone.
I love the Biggest Loser and can't wait to watch it.
Oh I'm sorry you're not getting the support at group! Keep coming back here for support if you do leave group. I like to post my daily food as it makes me actually think about it and work out the real syns! Also stick to a weekly weigh in at the same time.
If it's the image therapy session thats the problem and money is ok then you can still go and just weigh in, although if your group is anything like mine then the past few weeks won't have been "normal" weeks, so maybe you need to give it another week or two to be sure?0 -
lol i call sw my fat club too
extra easy day today
b - blueberries, fat free yogurt, 1 alpen light (heb1/2)
l - velvet crunch (4), alpen light (heb 1/2) - grrr, forgot my apple!
dinner - beef and veg casserole
am trying to have a low syn day as i munched my way through a big bag of malteasers at the cinema yesterday.
i am blaming my star week for that slip up!0 -

thanks for that - I certainly treated the day as if that was true!!
Back on track now though, and don't seem to have put any lb on (had a sneaky peek at the scales this morning)I watched this today and i don't know why but I just could not find any sympathy with this chap. I understand that people have addictions to food (i'm definitely one of those people) but he just seemed to have a real "poor me, everyone's done this to me" attitude about it. I hope he received some counselling as well as the operation to help him through it and help him move on from the bitterness he obviously feels.
I saw this and thought he had a horrible personality!
Going to a SW meeting tonight - bit nervous! Especially about being weighed in front of people. But I want the newest books.
EE today:
Tea with 1/2 HEA milk
Omelette with salad/veg and 1/2 HEA cheese
3 Ryvita with low sugar jam HEB + 3 syns
dinner will be spag bol with extra veg in the sauce
Hope you all had lovely weekendsBetty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

Morning all :hello:
Got weighed this morning (Monday will be my usual WI day from now on) & I've lost between 2-3lbs of bloat since starting back on SW on ThursdayI have those digital scales that give you fractions of lbs at the end so not sure whether to just ignore that bit & look at the actual stones & lbs iyswim??
Not sure whether to go green or extra easy today so won't post my full menu just yet. I've had beans on toast (HEB) with 21g cheese (half HEA) for my brekkie so far & it was nomnomnom.
Blackberry, you look fantastic in that outfit, you should be very proud of yourself. Love those sexy boots too
Congratulations to all the other losers & hello to the newbies :j
Will pop back later to update my menu, have a good day everyone :wave:0 -

i would go just a few mins earlier hun, then if its quiet you will get a 'feel' for your consultant first?
don't worry about being weighed in front of folk, its all very discreet and noone but the woman that writes it down and you get to see how much you weigh, leave your jumper on for the first weigh in,then next week take it off,it will show a weight loss then, iyswim?
you'l love it i'm sure, there are lots of nice consultants around, but each are different,i travel 8 miles for mine, although there is a group at the end of my street, the consultant there is ruuuuubbbbbbiiisssshhhhhhh! and come here and we'll cheer lead as always!0 -
thanks susan
I'll let you know how it goes!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
