    Hi all..

Lil_me - i've had double the meat quantity before and it's never done me any harm, not sure on the official stance on this but surely protein is protein whether it comes from one source or two different sources.

Dontknowanymore - fantastic loss.. i love getting my stickers such a child at heart)

I haven't joined Slimming World officially, because i don't necessarily get on well with Extra Easy and i feel that they push this more than red/green now. I find my portion sizes end up just WAY to big on EE cos i'm a piggy:D

Anyway - i'm struggling not to eat constantly today :( so going to try and eat lots of fruit if i can. Red Day -

    B - apple, yogurt
    L - left over lasagne(made with BNS not pasta)(HEA)
T - mixed grill - 2 sausages (2) bacon, poached eggs, jacket potato (HEB)
    S - Crisps (4.5) satsumas, milk (HEA)

So i have a HEB left over hmm maybe that i snack on fruit and crackerbreads through the afternoon

good luck everyone who's weighing today x

I assume you mean 5 syns per slice? I occasionally have that bread and that's what I count. It's a shame it's not a HEB as I love it, although in a way I'm glad as I'd end up eating more bread then and it doesn't really agree with me!!

No, according to the site it's 2.5 syns per slice.

I hate quoting myself but can anyone confirm that this is actually the way it works? As in, because I had loads of syns one day is it ok to just take that amount off the weekly total (105-45=60) and then spread the remainder out?

I'm not an expert but that's what I do - I went over this week so am limiting what I have for the rest of the week. I don't see why not.

Balls, I was looking at the crusts away version. The normal 50/50 is 4.5 syns per slice, meaning I've had 9 of my 10 allowed for breakfast. BALLS I TELL THEE, BALLS!

    Syn free dinner, anybody? :D

I'll just go syn-free tonight - prawns with a garlic and herb tomato sauce and spaghetti, and since I need to go and buy some Kingsmill Tasty Wholemeal I'll have two pieces with cheese as my supper whilst I watch us destroy the Aussies in the cricket, no syns and HEA+B all taken care of :D

    What I am wondering is

When I lose my stone, if I go back to normal eating, ie not snacking late at night and boozing too much will the weight go straight back on, I dont get how people can put on 3lb in a week unless they seriously pig out!!!

    thank
