Yoemma - what a rotten thing to have happen... hop they catch the little sods...

well Im pooped.... I have been in the bloomin basement again -for some more humpin n dumpin .... so another 3hrs done n dusted AND at last Im starting to accumulate some stuff Im willing to give up to the car boot *although I did have to talk myself into it* giggle.gif... Im getting there slowly and then it will be on to the attic...although there isn't as much up there innocent0001.gif..... AND then I will have to start on the kitchen cupboards... ohhh lordy lordy ...

Anyhoo -I got that carried away this morning I forgot to have brekkie copon.gif...so my success express plan for today looks like this:-
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • avocado (7.5) :D
    • tomato
    • cucumber
    • red pepper
    • tickled cabbage
    • tickled beetroot
    • onion
    • 2 ryvita (B)
    • frozen cherries
    • frozen blueberries
    • activia (2.5)
    • garlic mushroom, bacon and red wine sauce (2)
    • pasta -(25g dry weight)
    • steamed cabbage
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • fibre plus (B)
    • fresh pineapple/melon
So I make that 2A+Bs and 12 syns... taking my weekly syn total up to 24.5/70 -with 2 days left ..but I have the other half of my avocado left to use up another 7.5 easily tomorrow biggrin.gif....
Well Im going to shuffle of now and park my backside on the sofa *ahhhhhh* .... although Im going to be going through all my cookery mags -Im sticking post it notes on the recipes I want to copy and then when hubby goes back to work (another week yet) Im going to type them onto the PC and then I can sell my magazines ...oooohhh get me...
anyway -enough waffle.. have a lovely day everyone and keep up the great work!!

The little !!!!!s , they need stringing up AND made to pay for the damage. If they catch the buggas they should bring back the stocks, we have plenty of veg [the peelings, wouldn't waste the edible bits as we need them :rotfl:] to throw at them.

Sorry, I know that has NOTHING to do with Slimming world but I thought I'd still tell ya ;)
May be nothing to do with SW but so what - lots to do with how you are feeling and where you're at! Hugs for the news about your grandad - it doesn't matter how much you see it coming or whether he's had a good healthy life up until now (things that were said to me when my dad became ill) it's devastating and you don't want to let go. On top of that you have the pain of watching your mum and trying to support her as she faces the inevitable.
And now you have the excitement of new accommodation - brilliant! I haven't been on this forum to know the background to your story but from your post it looks like you've been through the mill so I am really glad that you've had a bit of good news in the middle of everything! :)
A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit!:rotfl:
Joined SW 13/9/10 - wanted to lose 56lb and lost 26lb! Rejoined on 9/1/12 having gained 17lb of my loss!!! :(
    Want to lose 50lb. 50 - 8.5 = 41.5 to go!

I really like the EE cookbook. I made cod with lemon pesto and garlic mash and my flatmate cooked scallops with minted pee puree last weekend, they were both really tasty and pretty easy. My colleague reckon the new italian cookbook is pretty good, but I haven't looked yet.
erm... was it honestly nice? :rotfl:

Lost 1.5lb this week - so half a pound off 2.5 stone now:j

Interesting I switched to a morning weigh in as off work today so makes me think would I have lost any with an evening weigh in? Did have Chinese at the weekend and have not always managed all my superfrees this week and had wine, but did a lot of walking and body tone class.

Will see if I lose next week as got my birthday weekend now!
