SIZE=1]by an iced belgiun bun [IMG]http://www.pic4ever.com/images/shame.gif[/IMG was walking along minding my own business when it rugby tackled me to the ground and forced its way into my mouth and held my nose til I swallowed shame.gif poor son didn't stand a chance of saving me as the buns twin was doing the same to him shame.gifshame.gifshame.gif

That was after cheese on white toast at Mums, but thought would limit damage if we walked home [power walk with sons long legs[. Stopped at waitrose to get sons pic done for driving licence and we were mugged in the car park shame.gif306.gif

• Is Butternut Squash a superfree? I had a great dinner planned, SW Chips, roast butternut squash and a meatloaf with a tomato sauce (with onions, peppers etc in the sauce). However my sister turned up when I was in the middle of cooking and the sauce was still in its raw state when everything else was ready.

If the Butternut is a superfree I will be ok but if not I have a few apples to munch tonight (which given I am stuffed full I do not want to do)

Lol! you lot are mental!!!

Didn't have the pasta in the end so will update my meal plan for success express:

Brekkie- porridge (HEA&B), banana, rasps, strawbs
Snack - apple
Snack 2! - pineapple
Lunch - roasted veg pasta (YUK!), jelly (0.5)
Tea - 2 quorn sausages, few small roast spuds, caggabe, broccoli, carrot and swede mash (1), onions, mushrooms, gravy (3)
Supper - either ryvita and cheese spread of a fibre plus bar to use my other HEB, will depend if I fancy sweet of savoury but I have a fibre plus bar in the freezer ready!

Been for a 40min walk to the shop and back, only just managed to avoid the chocolate and sweets!! WI tomorrow so got to be good!

I hope so as I've been counting it as superfree! I'm 99% sure I'm right!

I walked to the dentists and back yesterday from work 2 miles each way, in the eve I went to Body Tone to try a new class - good and boy can I feel those muscles today!

Today I walked home 3 miles:)

I have got to have a filling done tomorrow - soup day me thinks! Will be worn out as got to go to work first 8.30am then walk the 2 miles each way again to dentists, then back to work til 5pm, then sort tea, got Electrician coming round to do a quote on full re wire here and a new shower, then got to be at the pub by 8pm. Am tired just thinkning about it!

I have cancelled the wisdom tooth extraction he wants me to have as can't be ill for my birthday - might of kept me off the cake and 3 meals out (:o) but I want to enjoy my birthday Fri!

So wisdom tooth extraction in March - dreading it but might be a good weigh in that week:rotfl:
