OMG what have I done!
As I posted before Pasta n' sauce is on special offer in Asda. (95p for 2, I bought 20 packets) I am on a reduced income at the moment so have been eating 4/5 a day since Sunday. (With some limp rocket leaves well past their best).
I have put on 3½lb since yesterday morning!!!!. I am hoping it is water retention (they are full of salt and other chemicals).
Well back to the plan today (no idea what that will be so will have to be a neutral day)
I have had 2 eggs on w/m toast for brekki
I have a quiche in the oven (2 sliced potatoes in bottom, 6 eggs, large onion) and a little bit of parmasan cheese.
The eggs are what Asda describe as for cooking (30 for £2.98).
Will pop in later
Your weight can vary by several pounds from day to day, that's why you should only get weighed once a week at the same time!!0 -

Meh. No sign of the oh so wonderful star of star week yet! Which means monster appetite is still here. I stupidly bought my friend a pak of mini eggs for her bday tomorrow, and they are calling to me - it'll be a miracle if they stay intact until I see her!
Having a carboholic day today. Had smash for breakfast, just having supernoodles now. Had planned an EE day but no chance while I'm feeling so ravenous! Just hope I can keep it in check.Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -

Please don't eat 4-5 pasta & sauces per day - its about 500 calories per packet, so even if this is the only thing you are eating you are right up to or over the recommended daily intake for women on this quantity per day. Beng skint and trying to slim is horrible I know, but you'd be much better off buying cheap vegetables (aldi's super 6, raiding supermarkets at reductions times, buying frozen etc) and making up huge pots of soup. You'd also be better off buying a cheap weetabix substitute and skimmed long life milk (cheaper than fresh) and having that for one or two meals a day.

HTH
good post skint.;)
I think Its best to vary what you eat for health reasons too.....eating only pasta in sauce is bound to be leaving your body lacking in things it needs.
Our consultant always says its about looking at what plan you are on i.e GREEN and eating DIFFERENT things from within it to make it work, a bit like when you hear people saying they are going to 'shake things up a bit' and suprise the body by giving it something its not expecting.
It is hard when on a budget, but it can be done as skint has pointed out.
I always use the 'my supermarket site' before I shop for any offers, If I can get there I will use aldi for their fruit & veg offers etc, and I always have some frozen veg & berries in as thats cheap too.0 -

hubby had to ring help desk and go through all the faff. Aparently they will be flushing the line at midnight whatever that means
.
They'll be pouring a pan of Dynorod soup down it - nothing better for flushing things out :rotfl::rotfl:I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
