  • OMG what have I done!

As I posted before Pasta n' sauce is on special offer in Asda. (95p for 2, I bought 20 packets) I am on a reduced income at the moment so have been eating 4/5 a day since Sunday. (With some limp rocket leaves well past their best).

I have put on 3½lb since yesterday morning!!!!. I am hoping it is water retention (they are full of salt and other chemicals). :o

Well back to the plan today (no idea what that will be so will have to be a neutral day)

I have had 2 eggs on w/m toast for brekki

I have a quiche in the oven (2 sliced potatoes in bottom, 6 eggs, large onion) and a little bit of parmasan cheese.

The eggs are what Asda describe as for cooking (30 for £2.98).

    Will pop in later

Ooooooh the holiday was Fab thanks........came back with a whopping 11lb gain (I had a tad too much guacamole & icecream - which they used to dish out from a cart right by where we sunbathed) well whats a girl supposed to do!!! :o:rotfl:thats why Im now permanently superglued on the Dizzy tankwagon to get it back off (and the 2lb gain I got a couple of weeks ago on a disastrous mini break to Bruges, where It rained the entire time, came back with a massive cold that turned to a chest infection :o But the beer & waffles were good :rotfl:)

Sorry that you're feeling all snotty & grotty today Hun, its the pits....loads of nasty bugs still doing their rounds  How about making a pan of free soup if you dont feel up to anything much to eat? X X

Could anyone check the syn value of co-op Irish sausages please? I had 4 left in the fridge and unsure whether to put them in a pasta sauce I'm just making. 4 baking spuds in the oven also, not that I can eat, but handy to have for later. :)

Wow - you've been jetsetting! I'm glad you had a brilliant time :) did you get a lovely winter tan? My friend went to Bruges in dec and all he did was chomp waffles and drink tankards of beer!!

No veggies for soup but lots of tatties and tinned stuff. Plan on making a pan of dyno rod when I get myself to the shop...probs when I'm better, don't imagine anyone else wanting to eat if I've made it just now!

  • Morning All,

WI last night - i lost 1lb - better than nothing - but still a little disappointing!

My brother lost 0.5lbs to make 1st 4.5lbs in 6 weeks! And he passed his driving test!

We were both naughty last night - i finished off the valentine chocs (but they won't be able to haunt me any more!) Bro had a couple of cadbury xmas wishes & 1/2 pack of mikado! and we had Quorn dippers & chips & beans & 'fried' eggs for tea with brown sauce (where did the superfree go???)

Going out for meal tonight - i think i will be ok but i have a sinking suspision that they don't do jacket potatoes instead of chips - if i can remember correctly - so might have to ask for something that doesn't come with chips!

Glad to see you back Yoemma - sending lots of hugs & positive vibes x

    Good luck to everyone x
