Just dropping in to say that I have actually stayed on plan ALL DAY!!!!!!!! This doesn't sound like much but when you've struggled since Christmas like I have thn it really is an achievement.
I think your bottled willpower has helped a lot Dizzy so can I reclaim my seat on your trusty tank? Thanks in advance.
I might add now that I'm going to bed at this stupid hour just to make sure that this momentous day is not ruined.
Have a good weekend everyone. xx
Congrat confused57, one day at a time is all it takesThat's what I keep telling myself! And I'm sure, like me, you've done far more worse/painful things than staying on plan for a day, good luck to you xXx

I'm thinking of doing a green day tomorrow, first time I have considered changing from EE, could someone tell me if this is ok for green, as I am baffled.
Sleep in so no breakfast
Lunch: Jacket spud & pasta or beans
Tea: Veggy omlette (peppers, onion, mushrooms, sweetcorn & slice of chicken chopped up (HEB), 2 lots of 42g (84g) reduced cheese HEA & HEB) and beans
2nd HEA: Milk in tea
Think I have it right with the 2 lots of cheese, have I? as I see cheese on HEA sheet and HEB on the extra healthy extra green day
Thank you in advance xx
Looks OK to me0 -

I'm with you girls. Fate is a cruel game sometimes. I lost my darling Dad a year ago (Feb 17) due to lung cancer and unbelievably my Mum had a growth removed from her lung (2nd time in 4 months) on Tuesday. Not a good week for the old nerves!
Nobody in work understands - I get more empathy from you lovely people.
Anyway, I've got 2 lovely children who today are VERY excited because we are off to the LG Arena later today for the X Factor Concert!! Not my cup of tea but I'll paint my face on and carry on and they will never know how I'm feeling on the inside. If they're happy, I'm happy :kisses:
Foodwise it's gonna be a bit of a struggle! So I've just had a couple of small slices of wm toast (HEB) with a scraping of spread & marmarlade (2 syns?)
I've just got a quiche going in the oven so I can have a good slice of that before heading out at 12.30pm. The hardest thing will be when we stop of at KFC on the way home at around 6ish - it's not my favourite type of fast food at all but when that hunger demon is alive and kicking I shall have to restrain myself big style. At least I know I've got a spag bol at home waiting for me and I'd much rather use my syns on the nice glass of red which will go so well with this!
Stay strong everyone! :grouphug:0 -
Well done Ali for not drinking! Very impressive. I went out to the cinema last night and only had a small amount of salted popcorn and a diet pepsi. I'm off to my Gran's today though. My Nephew is being Christened in the morning so it's a weekend of take-aways and party food. My Mum's Dad is coming, and I've not seen him for almost 4 years! So have a lovely weekend everyone, but I won't be catching up until tomorrow evening. I've got Godmother duties to attend to hehe.0

Morning all
I'm backbeen away since Monday on a work trip, well I got back Thurs but had yesterday semi-off plan as it was a friend's birthday. I've just done WI and have lost 1 pound :j very pleased with that as this was the first work trip away where we have had to cook for ourselves (me, colleague, 12 teenagers ) so I was a tad worried about what we would cook. But we had spag bol mon night, curry tues night and fajitas with loads of veg weds night. So all in all quite SW friendly. I also came back with lots of leftover fruit and bag of oats too
I need to go food shopping today or tomorrow, but want to read the new SW magazine first for some inspiration. I have a friend coming to stay Sun to Weds so want to cook something yummy but SW friendly one night.
I'll post my meal plan later. Hope you've all had good week

Good morning all,
Ali - really hope you have a good day today. Sometimes work colleagues (and others really) just don't know what to say when people are suffering and if they are lucky enough never to have lost someone then they probably don't understand. Well lots of us on here DO understand and send big hugs and sincere best wishes. xx0 -
ps
Can someone please look at the syns for me for Tesco Healthy Eating Half Fat Sour Cream?
Thanks

I can't find it flutterby, the full fat is 1.5 syns per 1 level tbsp. The Tesco Light Choices sour cream and chive dip is 1 syn per 1 level tbsp. So I'd say 1 probably.0
