Evening everyone, today's been very tiring ! We had a Guide fundraiser this morning so I was busy yesterday baking cakes (didn't eat any !!!) and today I've been on the go since 6.30am this morning fainting.gif

So, eating hasn't been great but I've managed to stick to the plan (except for a rock cake when I got home, I was sooooo hungry ! But I've synned it so all's well) :D

    Green:

    B - 2 weetabix (HEB1), Milk (HEA1), Banana
L - Pasta in a cup (didn't have time for anything else) :(
D - Jacket Potato, Baked Beans, Cheddar (HEA2), Quorn Fillet, Corn on the Cob
Snacks - HiFi Bar (6 syns), rock cake :o (6 syns?)

That still leaves me a HEB so I can have a munch on something later if I get hungry.

Ohh little birdy was caught and taken to the vets yesterday, it was a collared dove fledgling (apparently they breed all year round??) It'll be looked after by a sanctuary and released once it's got all it's flighty feathers :D.

Think it depends how much each pizza base weighs as to how many HEB u use, should be 57g per HE [I think] anything over would have to be syned, the mozzie, same again how much does it weigh per pizza. Think thats 57g for r/f but not sure. The topping looks syn free though.

I'm not hugely up on Weatherspoon's menu but steak, jacket with perhaps peas and tomato and a side salad is a safe bet.

I've got a Chicken Bhuna in the oven made from an old SW magazine recipe. I've followed the recipe but the ingredients quantities seemed crazy. Loads and loads of spring greens, frozen peas and peppers mixed in with only 100g of yogurt and the chicken and spices. If it doesn't cook down I'll be doctoring it with tomatoes or something. I can't stand waste so I'll find some way of making it edible.:rotfl:

Felt like I'd fallen in the pit earlier and was hanging on by my fingernails, had complete melt down gaah.gif [lots of tears].
Later made a lovely rice pud and while serving some to son he didn't put golden syrup back in cupboard properly and it fell out and into pud and scalded my hand badly. Had another meltdown gaah.gif [many more tears] then slept for rest of afternoon.
Feel bit better and have managed to haul myself back out of the pit.
Upside is have stayed on plan, weetabix, rice pud, fruit & yog so far so fingers crossed a better evening than last few days.

Thanks for the comments I know I'm not the only one going through a rough patch and I'm sorry if I'm depressing anyone with my problems but it helps to get it off my chest.
    Thanks for 'listening' toyou.gifthankyou.gif
