might give that a go when i have used all the cans of frylight i stocked up on

They have a comp on at the mo, if you register; their ad in SW mag says 1 spray=2calories

PS 3lbs off today on my scales, I also went to class and got the books. Our consultant has started to order low-syn sausages too.

In case anyone is interested they do have an olive oil and sunflower spray for £1.49 each in Aldi. It is an aerosol can. They both say they are 20 cals per 10ml serving.

Can you work out how much each one weighs? I.e are yours 50g each or less? That should help you work out if they should be 1.5 or 2 :)

Well done pollysg!!! 3lb is a great start!

    Hi all:j

Just popping on to see if anyone found the recipe for dumplings at all that was mentioned earlier in the thread? Am doing beef casserole for dinner & would love to do some dumplings to go in it, not expecting syn-free (!) - but if there is someone out there who knows how many syns they might be, I've love to know:D

My WI (home based) showed that I've gained 3lb over the holiday, which I'm happy with - I now just have to keep away from the chocs that are left over:eek: Last year I was more than a stone heavier, so having a gain over the hols is no biggie. Now this year I'd like to get into the next stone, that would be nice. But I'm still in the same-size clothes, really which is weird. I guess I'm an in-between size atm LOL:D

Chinese pork was ok, but a little dry. I turned it down low before i went out, we unfortunately had a power cut while i was out so i guess it got turned off then came back on i don't know how much later. Probably not the best way of cooking! Other than being dry it tastes nice.

Just finishing it off then will have a yoghurt and some melon.

Have used both A+B and 3 syns so far.

    Hello all

    Been good today

    B - 2x Alpen Light and a Muller

L - HM Chicken and Veg Soup (it has Dyno Rod tendencies!!)

D - Something with Chicken, Veg and .....

Snacks - Kettle Chips (12!!!) and 3 mini breadsticks (1.5)

HEA has been milk in teas/coffees etc

So, that is me all done. Can't remember who asked - scrambled egg heats up fine although I tend to make it a bit sloppier so it firms on reheating, but still solid (else it runs into beans and is nasty!!)

And, I weighed this morning and have somehow lost 5lbs since I last went to a class (beginning of Dec)..... Still got 2 stone to go!!

and then realised i had picked up plain ones instead of wholemeal too so they were 7.5 syns each!! also have 2 packets as they was on offer and i cant throw them away so will have to use 1 a day and syn them.

You can freeze pittas, that way they won't go to waste and then you can have one when you have the syns free!
