    Hi all,

    Second day on SW

B - Branflakes (Hea), Milk (heb)
L - leftover diet coke chicken mixed with pasta and half tub of Dolmio light stir in sauce (3 syns), huge salad.
D - SW chilli, brown rice. Mahoosive bowl of fresh fruit and a mullerlight.

Still got a few syns to use but can't decide on what yet.

    :)
  • hi everyone...have stuck to the plan again today...not sure how many syns I've had - I had 1/2oz butter on dinner and a cafe latte from machine at work
Just realised I've had no HeA today...and now I'm in bed so it aint gonna happen!

erm... I imagine that latte had loads of milk and it won't have been skimmed milk, there's your HEA. There'll have been integral sugar too without you adding any

opps i have to confess that after eating the pitta with spaghetti last night i got abit of a taste for them. ended up having 2 more toasted with dairylea!!

and then realised i had picked up plain ones instead of wholemeal too so they were 7.5 syns each!! also have 2 packets as they was on offer and i cant throw them away so will have to use 1 a day and syn them.
Pitta breads freeze just fine, I always freeze them as soon as I buy them. 30 secs or so in the microwave defrosts, warms and puffs them so you just slit them open and fill them with whatever you want. Still, I would give the white ones to a thin friend and buy yourself some co-op wholemeal ones tbh.

I'm off to read the next three pages now ... this thread had gone very slowly over Christmas but is certainly picking up speed now :rotfl:
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
