    Afternoon Everyone!
Whilst working in Plymouth last week, we visited one of those pottery painting places where you pick a piece to paint, then they fire it for you....I was slightly overwhelmed by all the lovely pieces but decided on a portion plate to help make sure I was getting my 2/3 of free and 1/3 superfree for every meal! Plus it was nice and bright to keep me motivated!
The lady who owned the shop said she had a SW group coming in one evening the next week to do exactly the same thing! Just wondered if anyone else had had a go?! It's so much fun, we should post our creations on here....well here's mine...

    hope it works!

    :rotfl: TANK WHERE ARE YOU???
    smiley-transport011.gif"YOU CALLED MISTRESS?"

Oh look, your tank comes when its called! :D

MrsM, maybe the lime wasn't helping, but the stomach was worst the day before I had any...!? I give up, and trying to just get on with it today as if there is nothing wrong.., la la la, fingers in ears!

My physio went on and on and on today about himself  And couldn't answer any of my questions with more than "it could be" *much rolling of eyes*

Still, I found something very nice in the Spar shop today, as I was blown home (not dyno soup, it really was very windy!). Cadburys are doing a pack of 8 pralines in a heart shaped chocolate box for £1, which seemed like a very nice "Just for me" treat. I think it was 14 syns, and very much worth a day's syns for giving myself a nice "i love me" present, IYKWIM. :) I also found a single-wrapped WW chocolate brownie, so that is staying (with chains, if necessary) in the cupboard until tomorrow evening to keep a cup of tea company ;) I can't buy a multipack of them, but a single one won't have friends to do much damage! :p

Ooh and another nice thing, I found some clothes I had, ahem, grown out of. I'm back in a lovely fluffy hoodie I bought at a time I know I wasn't feeling unhappy about my weight! :T How cool is that?! Another half stone and I'll be happy to wear it in public, since I'm a bit aware of my stomach in it at the mo.

    Today's food:

    milk in t&c: (a)
    pasta, sliced beef (b)
    olives (1)
    cadbury's simply pralines (14)

    smash pizza (a)

    Lasagne & salad

(I'm having an eating like a horse day! :p )
Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels

  • Ok so the panfake was ok, I just used 1 egg, seperated it and mixed a small bit of the yolk with the white, added sweetner and vanilla flavouring, fried and served with strawberries and light quirty cream (0.5syn), it did hit the spot for something that was virtually syn free.

Mmmmm sounds yum - I really want pancakes now :)

  • Evening all

I did my at home WI this morning and I've STS. I'm ok with that though as I went off plan last week due to being ill. Felt better today which is great.

Very busy day at work for me. New group of work kids started so it's always very hectic! But dind't have much time to snack so all good.

    Green day for me:

B - oats (HEB), FF yogurt
    L - pasta bake
D - stirfry veg, black bean sauce (6syns), noodles
Snacks - banana, HB egg, cheese (HEA), jelly (0.5syns), LF creme fraiche (1.5syns), tinned pineapple (HEB)
Drinks - water, coffee (skimmed milk = HEA), squash, fizzy water, diet coke
    Exercise - 20mins walk

    Total syns = 8

Ooh have enough syns leftover for a kitkat if I fancy one :)

Hope you are all having good days.
