It does both. It automatically starts each day with 8 hours sleeping and 16 hours resting, which is about 1500 calories for my height and weight, so I want to initially aim for using 2000 calories by adding walks / jogs in each day. I like that doing housework counts as exercise too!

What's your BMR? That'll help us help you :)

Although calorie counting isn't part of the Slimming World ethos, it would be extremely foolish not to check your intake so kudos to you for doing so!

Been back to the Docs today, Im on round 2 of AntiB's & Steroids for the Lurgy in my Chest sigh.gif But Im determined to stay away from the Baaaaad naughty food this weekeatdrink051.gif and just eat free stuff when the 'stomach thinks my throat has been cut' monster strikes (Im just sooooo flipping hungry on these steroids its untrue)redface.gif

Ive started the day on a 'neutral day' with fruit & yog(s) 3 rolleyes.gif for brekkie and cous cous with salad & boiled eggs for lunch. not sure yet what to do for tea, I have some spag bol in the freezer that I may get out and just nuke but throw some more veggies into (OH detests mushrooms so I put these in my bit after) this will make it an EE day.

OR I may decide to go green and have good old pasta bake using pasta n sauce as a base?? then I can have 2 HEA/HEBs oooooh I just cant decide confused.gif and I just cant stop thinking about FOOD :o:rotfl: TANK WHERE ARE YOU???

Having a good day so far after a bad weekend. Done something to my neck and couldn't move my head yesterday without a horrible pain that made me feel sick.

    Back on plan today.

Had coffee, 2 x alpen light(B), nana, yoghurt and a clementine for breakfast.
Lunch was a baked potato with 63g(1.5A) cheese, 2 tbsp(2) pickle and a small salad with no dressing.

Might have a cup of tea and 2 alpen light for my other B.

Dinner is rice and falafel. With some beetroot on the side probably, i have 3 big jars of beetroot that needs eating.
