maman, On SW website 142ml tesco beef gravy granules, as made up = 2.5 syns, I had 50ml but made it runnier just to be on the safe side !
Thanks for that majjak. I got very confused with the gravy discussion earlier, was wondering how anyone could measure their gravy in teaspoons!! Then I realised (I think) that the tsps were the dry granules.
I'll have granule gravy with sausages but with a joint I really prefer to do my own with cornflour and meat juices. Need to leave loads of syns for that!
Someone mentioned SW foods coming to a supermarket near you. Does that mean SW is going to branch into ready meals like WW? Not sure what I think about that.0 -

Thanks for this,:)
So do you think the tesco value one should be 3 1/2 per 100 mls?
I bought loads of custard i have no idea why, or what i am going to do with the stuff especially as the birds one is 15 syns “most people give up just as they are about to achieve success”If you think you are going through hell keep going - Sir Winston ChurchillIf You Can't Change It, Change the Way You Think About It.SW, 13st5lb, -4 1/2, -1,(12st13.5lbs)0 -
Im worried about weigh in tomorrow I gained a pound last week and this weekend i have had shortbread that my son made and Chinese on sat night.
On a positive note I can get into my size 14 trousers without bulging all over the place and cutting my circulation off, and clothes that i bought at Christmas that were a little on the snug side at size 18 are now loose and baggy. So whatever happens i will keep those thoughts.“most people give up just as they are about to achieve success”If you think you are going through hell keep going - Sir Winston ChurchillIf You Can't Change It, Change the Way You Think About It.SW, 13st5lb, -4 1/2, -1,(12st13.5lbs)0 -

Well the fact that you are still in your size 14s tells a fab story - you have done really well :T Don't worry about your weigh in hun. Keep up the good work :j0 -

I guess I need practice. Or a willing listener.
Consultant, it's good to see you, and I do hope your mother's health improves. If you lived closer to me I'd come and sort out your ironing pile for you. I am quite possibly the only person in the world to love ironing.blackberry-rum wrote: »Redmel: sorry it's tough at the

This is what our consultant told class last week, not sure what supermarket yet. Its so that it becomes more 'user friendly' when you're out & about I suppose i.e grabbing a lunch for work (a sarni or salad pot) or a quick ready meal and also to keep them in competition with WW. I personally thinks its a good idea for those days when you get caught on the hop0 -

Oooh lychees, fab. And kind of sexy to peel and to suck the flesh off the stone. Are you going to plant a couple of the stones and see if anything grows?
I may not plant them just yet as we could have an impending move... they should keep though shouldn't they and I can try once we are settled."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
Hello everyone.
Today is going to be EE
B - 2 toast (B) butter (2) marmite (F)
L - Veggie Chow Mein (2)
D - Chicken Tikka (F) Salad (F) SW chips (2)
I don't have any frylite so use a tiny amount of olive oil hence the 2 syns for the chips and chow mein.
Not sure what I will do about snacks I still haven't made my couscous salad to chop on when peckish.
Quick question on Red cabbage and slow cookers - does it turn out ok? I can't think of a reason why it shouldn't. I was thinking of popping it in there with a little chicken stock on the bottom."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
Morning all, back at work today but still not feeling 100%. Ended up having an unplanned flexi day yesterday when I mentioned to mum I fancied pizza and she just happened to have a WW one in the freezer that needed eating up! I have to say, I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants a pizza as a treat sometime, it was caramelised onion and feta cheese. The cheese had a lovely flavour to it and was quite 'goaty' if that makes sense yum yum!!!
Back to normal today with a green day:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B)
Lunch - HM houmous, crudites, apple, yogurt.
Tea - chicken (HEB) in creamy garlic mushroom sauce with roasted baby potatoes and veggies.
Snacks - apple/banana/plums if I need them.
I'm hoping to do an exercise DVD tonight but it'll only be a toning one as I'm not up to doing anything very energetic yet!!0 -
