    Good morning all
Well done on the lbs off folks :T

Another 1lb off for me this week :starmod::j- Im :D with that after a week of no exercise and knowing that I haven't eaten enough :o -so I WILL eat better this week..... I will :D....

I have decided that Im going green today -mainly as I have done braising steak n onions for lunch but don't fancy it as when I tried it last night it sat too heavy :( -so I have settled on :-
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • grapefruit
    • activia (2.5)
    • 1/2 grapefruit
    • roasted parsnips (0.5) -lots of :D
    • nobbies
    • carrots
    • cauli
    • cabbage
    • frozen tropical fruit
    • 1/2 grapefruit
    • 3 ryvita (B)
    • cottage cheese
    • lettuce
    • cucumber
    • tomato
    • tickled beetroot
    • tickled cabbage
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • fibre plus (B)
    • activia (2.5)
so I make that 2A+2Bs but only 5.5 syns..... but its enough, and I have extra syns in case I need anything.. probably more milk knowing me :p

I need to get some bread under way in a moment as hubby is on a course mon-wed this week so won't have access to his remoska so sandwiches and home made soup in a flask it will be... he loves that though -so he will be ok ;)...
Right I had better get on as I want to get the bread dough started, get my brekkie and then on with some more beading :D
Have a great day everyone... and keep up the great work!!!

Well done to the losers, you are all doing fab...

I have just been mediocre, I haven't been completely blowing it, but let's just say I haven't been 100% either! The main problm is I am utterly skint and so have been having to eat whatever is in the freezer and just buying cheap food to feed the family:(

Hopefully things will be a little better this coming week.

    xx

If you're wanting something a little more relaxed/quieter playacar is lovely.

Nightmare isnt it, I generally have £35 max a week to spend on food for me and the boys, at least £10 of that goes on fruit alone, and I always end up having to buy more.
Really need to find a job, but its so hard when everyone wants you to commit to weekends or evenings which is completely out of the question for me :(
Might have to go back to the chat lines lol

Hi Dontknowanymore. I am thinking of taking a packed lunch now and having something prepared at home when I get in. They do jacket potatoes so thats another option. I started having a meal there as its cheap and saved me cooking when I got in. Now Ive started SW I have seen lots of recipes I want to try.

I can beat you there dizzy I put on 10lbs in 2 weeks (Nov 2010).

I had beakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner and finally a midnight snack on the way back to our room. All inclusive of course.

Looking to go to Borneo in March (to celebrate my 50th year on this planet). There isn't an all inclusive option in any of the hotels.

DO you have a slow cooker? they are great for chucking it all in in the morning, then it's ready by the time you get home.
Pre preparing things is a good idea too, I do this on Mondays as my eldest has swimming lessons and we dont get home until after 5.30pm, its usually a quick pasta dish.

A tip for pasta is, putting dried pasta in the saucepan of water at least an hour or so before you want to cook it, it rehydrates it then only takes a couple of mins to heat up :D
