    I
I bought two samosas, one for my friend and one for me. The seller kept cajoling me to have a bhaji too. I said no, I was trying to lose weight. She said "try this little bit" - so I did, it would've been rude not to, right? Then she parcelled up the 2 samosas and slipped a big fat bhaji into the pack. I said "Oy, I'm trying to lose weight and these are deep fried!" She smiled sweetly and said "Oh yes, but everything else is so healthy, it cancels out the deep frying". Then my friend announced she didn't want one anyway so I was FORCED to sit in the car and eat them all before they went cold :rotfl: Luckily, I'm not SO bad very often, and I am at target already :p We have to have some naughtiness in our lives, that's why SYNS are there.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:yet again you manage to reduce me to a little (well fairly large) ball of chuckles Blackers :A x x

Have managed to get my hands on some oat so simple out here but they are flavoured (golden syrup) I see from syns online that the flavoured are one and a half extra syns over plain.Does anyone know if I can use them as a Healthy B option (you can with the plain ones) and just add the one and a half syns to your daily allowance?
Really lovin' all the tips and recipes, Thanks.

Im not too sure on this.....BUT I do know for definate that the chocolote weetabix ARE a HEB + 1 syn each (our consultant has a range of cereals on display & this is one of them that she spoke about when it came out) so I cant see why the flavoured oatso simple wouldnt be the same.

Golden Syrup Flavoured Oat So Simples don't count as a HEB and are also 6.5 syns.
Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.

Could someone confirm that muller vanilla are 2 syns each? I saw it in the SW magazine, always though those ones were free ! Good job I've got some syns left if so !

Ignore me, it's vanilla with chocolate and black cherry under layer - I didn't read it properly :o

Dizzy, I thought that HEAs & HEBs didn't have syns if they were correctly measured? :( Only the original flavour appears on the online Healthy extra list. Is it because it's the flavoured one that your consultant has added the 1.5 syns?

Hello everyone. I'm back from Mexico after eating loads and drinking numerous cocktails. And for my sins I have put on 6lb - but it was worth it. The hotel was out of this world and spotless, so it will be hard to beat for future holidays.. which I have already started looking for :rotfl:

I am not totally over my jet lag and near on 24hrs travelling (having to fly back to Poland as soon as I touched down in the UK), hence posting at this time of night but hope to restart SW tomorrow morning - I have put my alarm on so I get up at a reasonable time!

My next planned trip is to Istanbul in June so I hope to have lost close to 2 stone by then which should bring me very close to target.

Right I'm off to read all your posts from the last week or so and catch up with what you have all been up to.

    xx
Hi, glad you had a great time, do you mind me asking which hotel you stayed at cos I am trying to decide where to go and it's always better to have recommendations. Thanks x
  • DIZZY - Would you mind telling me which hotel you went to? I can then google all the possibilities and decide where to go. We are going with friends so it will be a joint decision! Thanks x
