  • HI DIZZY, nice to see you back. So sorry to hear you're still not much better. I've been thinking and I have decided that you are still the woman to be driving the tank (it is your tank after all!!!!) You have a few more passengers at the moment so I wish you a very speedy recovery and a quick return to the wheel. x

I had my weigh in yesterday and lost 1lb, so that is 5lb in 2 weeks :T

I have been quiet organised today as I know I won't be home early as my dd has a tap lesson so I have already cooked my jacket potatoes and prepared my salad so when I get home tonight I just have to re-heat the potato. If I don't do this I will be tempted to grab any food.

    Stay on the tank everyone.

    Tracey

    Well done Tracey :T
  • Aaaahh hugs to the poorlies, there are a lot of you!

I ate a bowl of sweetcorn soup and fond my appetite at the bottom of it! That lasted all of about 24 hours then! *rolls eyes*

Does anyone else like weird food... I LOVE cold baked beans, and have just eaten 1/2 a tin straight out of the tin! That's less in my dyno soup then :o

Dizzy - after getting really fed up today chopping up a veg stew pack today for dyno soup, I'm going back to the adsa cheat's versions. They're not even badly priced, and they freeze ok. Lazy cooking - I love it! :T

So I'll be having a bowl of dyno in a bit. I was going to do an EE day, (dyno soup has enough superfree for that doesn't it?) but I do miss my healthy extras, so might go green again by the end of the day :o

Can anyone tell me if pasta bake freezes ok? I need to use up some sausages, and want to chop them into a few pasta bakes to freeze, but I'm not sureif the pasta survives freezing?

The best thing about SW is that if you get off the wagon one day all is not lost and you can get back on the next. Well done, especially when you have been feeling bluh :)

Takeiteasy and dizzy, I hope you are both feeling well soon.

    Well done :j:j

I had great plans today but missed lunch as we had to go out and only had a cup of tea in M and S. I mustn't forget the milk I had there.

Is that 3 HEA's or should one be HEB and that was just a typo? Easily done lol.

Whoops - typo, cheers for pointing it out.

I've cancelled my date cos I still feel rotten :(

I'm starving though and it's taking all my willpower not to ring for a takeaway :o. I have no energy to even cook the pasta n sauce I was planning for tea. I will try to resist though.

So had 3 syns at lunchtime, just added 2 for oil for my rice and 4.5 for falafel.
Will have a kitkat later for a total of 15 syns for the day.

3 days in and I've already lost the plot and fallen off the wagon. This morning I had a sneaky look at the scales and was horrified to see I've gained two pounds, I'm the heaviest now I've been in years if not ever. I hate the sight of my myself undressed but can't resist all the nice things. When I'm in a bad mood like this fruit and veg doesn't really hit the spot.

I've already raided the biscuit tin and cooked a less than healthy dinner.

Do I need therapy or just a good talking too? I worry that I'll never get the weight off and will be a fat bride :(
