So good to have you back Dizzy - you sound like you have had a fab time. We've missed you here - it was a bit quiet over Christmas but as you noticed, we have lots of lovely new people all raring to go!
Just for you, I saved a bit of Christmas news..... my friend from Loose Women (who I spent Christmas with) had a loose women mug made for me and DH with our names on!!
    It made us laugh!!

LMAO :D Nice one !! Ooooh I do like it when someone saves me a bit of special news :T.....Celebrity news at that ;)

I had a lovely time away.....though the walking round was challenging at times (especially in low light...Im sure they thought I was permanently drunk :rotfl:) we got the lovely bell boys driving us from the room to the pool every day in the little golf buggies that they use for luggage then up to the lobby in the evenings so that was pretty handy ;)

Hope you had a lovely Xmas & New year....all ready to get back on the SW wagon (that is if you ever fell off it??)

Hi everyone, i'm going to try once AGAIN to stick to Slimming World for a while to get rid of the extra weight i've gained over the last few months (holidays, holidays, christmas and new year - all excuses that i have no longer)

i've set myself a goal of losing 40lbs by the summer:cool: - i will wear some pretty dresses and not feel self conscious!

Looking forward to hearing how everyone is getting on... here's my meals for the day on green. Please feel free to poke holes in it if I've gone wrong

B - two mad cow lights (0.5 HEA), 5 wholegrain crackerbread (HEB) - i dropped the 6th one on the floor :(
    L - spaghetti hoops
T - pasta bake - pasta, passata, onion, garlic, chicken (HEB) Chorizo (2) cheese (HEA)
    S - apple, yogurt, crisps (4.5) oaty bar (3) milk (0.5 HEA)

Does anyone know whether fruit teas are synned? I've found a lovely tea in Sainsbugs Honey, Lemon and Ginger and would like to try and swop this for all the coke i drink - my heart races too much with all the caffiene

    Thanks
    Moo x

Is 126lbs too much of a loss to aim for with SW? Realistically i need to lose that much to have a healthy weight/BMI!
