actually that reminds me...the twitter hallmark comp in weeklies is a friday only entry with multiple chances to win on a friday....maybe that would be better in dailies with a note beside saying fridays only? this one https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/36820728#Comment_36820728
what does anyone else think?
(though if one thread was updated each week then a link could be added instead of having to say search but we woont go down that one again just now lol).
I'll add that one too!0 -

and even more actually since im here anyone this one requires more frequent than weekly actions though is now a monthly draw and is in the weeklies thread. not necessarily needed to log in and do the stuff everyday, but every other day to meet the minimum requirements for some of the actions. (and i never won last year when i did it most days regularly so id say that means others do it daily without fail)

I'm not sure what to do with the Ben and Jerrys one yet, I'll take a look at it, I'll also PM Gilla to let her know that I've added the Hallmark one onto the end of the dailies thread just so people know it's on a Friday only.
Does this look ok for the setup on the thread? I wasn't sure how to title the section, but I tried to keep it fairly simple.
I was going to put it right at the bottom after all the other listed comps.
One Day Entry Only - But Regularly Occuring
Monday
Ongoing - Daily Mail (Various handbags) (Search the forum on Mondays for 'dmail' to find that weeks post)
Friday
Ongoing - Hallmark (Various prizes, Hourly Questions) (Also in Weeklies, but entry is on Fridays only)
Edited to add: Will actually put a note in bold next to the Hallmark one to mention it's in weeklies also but entry is only on a Friday. (Added above)0 -

Sorry I don't use Twitter so don't know the answer to your question.
I've asked for your thread to be merged into the 'Competition Discussion' thread.0 -
Hi karlie,
If you have twitter you need two things.
Someone to follow & followers.
You see tweets from people you follow, and your followers see yours.
A tweet is what you write, a retweet is what one of the people you're following wrote.
So, if I tweet "Comp for a #prize @TimothyBain follow and retweet"
The # part is so people can search those words, the @ bit is me ...so you click that and then follow me, once you have that done, look in my tweets for that tweet about the comp and retweet it to your followers.
2 things, try always to do this from the originators page and not from whoever retweeted it to you...some cmps disqualify you for that, if you are needing to prove where you retweeted, look on you homepage under that tweet and click the time and it opens n its own s you can copy paste it into a page or blog as proof.
Following also allows them to direct msg you.
Look in the I won section here on mse for a list of folk to follow and to add youself, including a couple of facebook lists from here about twitter.
Hope that helps, twitter help is good too.

That looks fine to me. plus its 2 comps that I have always missed amongst the comps in main.My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly
Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx0 -

Thanks, I've changed the wording slightly and added it to the thread, I've tried to keep the two bottom sections seperate from the rest as they're not daily entries in the same form as the others, but it's quite handy to have the info in there0 -
Is it really rude not clicking "Thanks" all the time?
I am very thankful to everybody that makes all the effort to post these competitions up, do the links, get the answers etc. - and I do try and click thanks whenever I remember, but I enter so many competitions (I'm crazy for all the DVD competitions!) I quite often click the link and close the thread tab I had open before remembering to click thanks!
But everybody has all of my appreciation and love for all of their hard work, for sure0
