Not posted in here for a while so thought i should give a quick update.

Didn't quite hit my savings target originally set of £20k as I stopped early to buy a repo property that was too good to pass up, and I had just under £17k saved.

    Still quite pleased!

Oh and I sold some old gold rope (Gold Chain) and make a swift £1000 which is straight into savings again.

Starting back at the bottom as only have £2k saved now but it feels damn good!

    Happy New Year savings all!!

like i said they said it could take up to a month, they said best thing was to take an overdraft, but if i don't get the money i would then be in a bigger mess, considering my account is over £1000 overdrawn.

So for now i have no money at all to spend.

and do you know the worst thing of all, i had my mind set on a target of £10,000 i would have had that at the end of january pay, i'd like to think it can still happen but can't build my hopes up if i don't get the money

    hi everyone!

Skaps - i got into a mind set a good few months ago, if i went shopping it was the 'do i need it or do i want it' question that i always asked myself and 99% of the time it was a 'i want it' so didnt buy it - i wasnt too strict thou (i did by a few things - but little things to keep me motivated).

Rictus - i've just turned 24. i got my permantant flying contract about this time last year and since then i have been saving (like mad lol).

Dannii - dont bet yourself up about it. im sure you'll get your money back.
