I thought about getting one of those but then I think I'd be too tempted to take it out and spend it when it reached an amount that something I just happened to want (but not need) cost  I think I'm gonna get a Terramundi or something instead!

I'm probably just being really thick, but what is the counter thing? If it saves me having to manually count them all out, I'd love to get one!

That's really good :D As per my signature, I've only got £18 in my pot altogether (and only £11 to be banked next week as those are the only full bags) so you're doing a lot better than me! Which coins do you save?

I've only taken 3-4 bags at any one time as I never usually have more than that saved. I've personally never had a problem but then I'm not taking about 10 bags at once! How many bags will you be wanting to take?

Last August I opened an NS&I investment account at the Post Office and deposited £105-worth of silver coins in one go! The following week I deposited £25-worth of coppers! Needless to say the people in the queue behind me were less than impressed! :o
