Do you realise how much I hate being single!!! Even telling them the bank balance doesnt interest them.Had £80,000 in Savings - All GONE!!! BYE BYE:A Single, 27, Aspie, Gooner :A0 -
Because I'm freelance/contract I've thus far resisted the temptation of an ISA – I like having my money very instant access even if I am paying tax on it.
Yesterday I found out that my contract has just been extended till the end of March (yay!) so I will be earning enough between now and then to allow me to save something in my instant access account and fill an ISA. I think I'll open one with Egg (currently 3.55%)... just got to look into how secure I think Citibank are first!
Congrats about the contract extension! That must be a reliefISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0 -

Hm yeh it is rather annoying! Its ok for me because if I end up being single (although very unlikely) I am quite close to one of my mates so I would just hang out with him more often lol0 -
