Yeah - neither of us are attached to this place
- we bought it in a 'we've sold our house and there's nothing else of a similar size within our price range' kind of way - which possibly goes part of the way to explaining our apathy at doing stuff to it - we don't love it enough

Just took empty dinner plate and empty wine glass into kitchen. Narrowly avoided topping up dinner plate rather than wine glass. At my advanced years it's the little victories that count :rotfl:.
