Sunny but *very* cold, bit weird. "April is the cruellest month" and all that.
Table is done, shredding is being done, branches of buddleia strewn about the garden, tho curtains not touched yet.
Fair amount of post has been done - and I'm just off to do some weeding before it gets dark .... hope everyone has a nice evening.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Sounds like you have had a very productive day kc0
-
Yep, I did, El - and today, I've done various little bits that really needed doing (cancelling my purposely made overbookings for London hotels for the wedding, for instance) this morning. But I'm struggling with the trading:
- I'll have to regard any money I place on the spreadbetting as *purposely* throwing money away, setting light to it
- its much, much harder than it seems to get every trade. By 0845 this morning, I hadn't had anything to eat, and I took a loo and breakfast break. And came back to find what turned out to be the only trade of my system. It only made 7 net points, but thats not the issue - having to be there all the time is the issueMy first scheduled break was at 9, but I couldn't wait that long. I'll have to muck around with the timings some more....
Otherwise, of the remainder of my huge ginormous to do list, which originally took up a whole page of A4 on a narrow-lined sheetI've got 26 things left to do, of which 15 are medium term projects of research or whatever. So I have 9 things on my immediate to-do list for this week, which is a real result for yesterday.
The weeding yesterday was actually getting rid of buddleia branches, but I discovered a **huge** pile of sh** .... I'm really, really hoping its not next door's dogs discovering a way into my garden, cos if it is, I'm really in trouble. Here's hoping for incontinent cats
Otherwise life is good!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Im still learning about day trading so please forgive the stupid questions .... The breaks that you are taking are they timed for a specific reason ? I can understand completley the struggle with having to change your though process on the money ... After being very careful with money for so long i imagine it would seem like your going against the grain to start thinking of it going up in smoke
Well done on the gardening but yuck to the pile of !!!!!! fingers crossed it is just a cat0 -
"Here's hoping for incontinent cats" - that's not a phrase you hear often.. well, ever! :rotfl:
Sounds like you're definitely learning more about what you need to do to trade.
