Can I join too, not going to buy dvd though as I already have a wii-fit. Tomorrow will be my day 1. Loving the idea of everyone keeping each other motivated, well done ladies

Measurements are as follows and I am 5'4

Right thigh: 20.5"
Left thigh 21"
Left arm: 11.5"
Right arm 11"
Underbust: 32.5"
Overbust: 38"
Waist (narrowest): 32.5"
Waist (widest): 35.5"
Hips: 38.5"

Weight: 140lb

Would like to get down to 119lb as that is when I looked my best. Before the children came along lol x

Tiara ... I did it!! AND lived to tell the tale .... just!
I have to say the fact that they (girls on DVD) actually sweat makes me feel a little better... even though they make it look so easy!

I am aching already though ... and I am ONLY on level one with (empty pmsl! kidding!) bottles of water! It SO better be worth it!!

Thanks for the kicking ... you dont need any motivationg do you!! Before work indeed... I would not be fit for work! lol

I have to do it before work as I tend to be knackered in the evenings and just come home and flop on the sofa.
What I didn't mention was that I was late for work because it took me over ten minutes to walk up three flights of stairs my legs are aching so much, I nearly had to bum shuffle my way up the stairs to get to my desk :rotfl::rotfl:

I like Anita best, I can just about keep up with her for level one at least

lol is that the one with the long ponytail on the right as you look at her ...? The one with the amazing abs!!!!

Thanks Scotsbride, I am lucky that my OH loves me for who I am and doesn't care what I weigh etc.. but this is for me, it is time!

Yup, the one with THE abs- I'm sure she didn't get them by doing the beginner versions of everything but I have to start somewhere :rotfl:

Thank you for your kind words Scotsbride. I just want to feel good in my dress and look good in our photos. My oh is a bit puzzled by my shredding and would rather I didn't as he loves me the way I am However, he knows it is important to me so he is supportive of me doing it Plus it takes the guilt off having choccies and treats
