I'm shredding too I'm on day 6 but I cheated and went to level two today feeling the burn! How are u going with it ? I really love it 20 mins and its over ! Then I do a hour of yoga to sooth my poor muscules !0

Insanity is a million miles better
but 30DS is OK if you don't have a lot of time!
I combine Insanity and powerlifting - but I'm going for fat stripping and strength not size or mass loss
