Thanks Prettyflamingo! Its pretty hard to get your back, your bum and your knees in the right place to do some of the moves. Must try harder! Have done things a bit differently the last two days, so hoping my knees feel better to push on to level two at the end of the week. Can't wait!

My knees are officially knacked. Can't do any jumping jacks or jump rope cos they hurt too much. It even hurts to go up the stairs! Thought it was just cos I do no other exercise, and that it would get better. 7 days in and it's worse. Maybe my technique is wrong? Anybody else with the hurty knees??

I had hurty knees too :( But not really any pain around my knee, it was actual pain in the middle of both knee caps. Almost like someone was pushing metal bolts through the middle of them. I've had a few days off but started again today... won't know till tomorrow if they'll hurt again.

The jumping jacks/jump rope has been easier for me today because I took it a lot slower and tried not to keep up with the trainers too much. Hopefully I'll up the pace over the next few days. I'm not sure if this will help you too skintgypsy but it may be worth a try.

Does anyone have difficulty with the dumb-bell exercises? The side lunge arm raises and the push up with arms starting at 90 degrees is killing me :o My upper body strength must be really really poor and doesn't seem to be getting better!!

Knees are feeling better today, so at least I can get upstairs! Must have been me doing it all wrong. Hey ho. Plenty more tries to get it right! :)

My upper body is also tres weak Melonade. I do the easy/er pushups and use very light weights for the arm raises. Use heavy ones for the chest flies and the dumbbell rows though. Trying my best!

I cannot do lvl 2 :o I tried again yesterday and half way through the 2nd circuit I was laying on my back wanting to cry. The trainer was telling me "Just 2 more" or something like that and I was thinking "just 2 more breaths and I'm gonna pass out"

Oh well, I'll stick to lvl 1 until I can do it without getting too puffed out then try lvl 2 again.

I'm gonna stick it out and you've all given me the kick up the bum I need to keep going.... I'm not the only one feeling the pain :o I'll take some measurements on Monday :D

Did level two yesterday and today I have one painful bumcheek. Curious. Perhaps I didn't evenly distribute the pain. The strength ones are awful!

sorry about your uneven pain, but this did make me chuckle :D

had a break over the weekend but got back into level 2 today, its weird but i'm actually getting fairly visible abs (luckily not too visible when standing still but when doing the oblique twists you can really see em popping!!). i decided to keep the weights smallish to start off with to stop my arm muscles getting too big- but i think i might go up to 1kg to burn more fat.
not long till i go on holiday so going to try not to have a break at the weekend now...see how likely that is by thursday....

    Hi Ladies
Jsut thought I would pop in! I have completed it 30 days straight it is hard going and there were times I want to give up but it is so worth it I feel great having done it all!
Now the proof is in the pudding here are my before and after measurements:
    Bust: 41 - 37
    Waist: 33- 29
    Hips: 41 - 38

I didnt measure my arms or my legs but certianly feel more toned in these places. I didnt really stick to my diet too well during the shred this time but still lost 6lbs!
I am so pleased! Anyone that is struggling keep going it will be worth it!!!!
