VICSH, that's amazing, well done :T

I haven't done any shredding for a week now :o between Summer Hols, helping OH at work and being at my Nan's I haven't got time to fart, let alone exercise!! I'm hoping on Monday that things will settle down a bit and I'll have some spare time.

I'm hoping from now until Monday I can get my eating habits back on track too. When I'm busy I just shovel junk in my mouth :o I'm going to hell!!
Even if you stumble, you're still moving forward.

Hi Not done any measurements but can feel a difference already and I've just done day 3 on level one,the problem I have is it is quite painful to do every day as everything is a bit stiff from the day before but i suppose your body gets used to it!Am going to 5-6 days on level 1 and hopefully move up to level 2.It certainly makes you sweat but at least i feel like I am doing something!
Determined to do 30 days straight and hopefully look like Jillian at the end!-LOL in my dreams!!!:rotfl:

Sales, boots, charity shops, ebay- why would anyone ever pay full price for anything??!
  • i thought i would try to revive this thread since it's nearly that time of year to stop eating like pigs and try to lose the extra weight you've put on aswell as the original weight you wanted to lose in the first place :D
i've been looking at the other JM dvds too, tempted to get the Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism one which runs for about 50 mins eek! anyone else planning to get back onto this in Jan?

I'm in! Bought the 30 Day Shred before Christmas and am going to start it in Jan! I'll do measurements before I start.

it is jillian michael's 30 Day Shred dvd it is a genius exercise dvd and genuinely works! only about £6 on amazon or play too. i used it for about 4 weeks, having weekends off and still having treats and i lost half a stone! put it all back on again now though of course :D

  • Count me in!!

I may have to do a modified version because last time I did it I severely knackered my knees .......from the knees up I felt amazing though once my muscles returned from the dead. The reason I need to start it again..... I'm a creature of habit and once I loose a habit.…

I lost my Shred habit when I went on holiday for 2 weeks. No DVD, no weights....I did it for 2 days from memory and then it all went down hill from there and I also thought I would give my knees time to recover. That was mid-October and I really need Jillian to kicky my large flabby be-hind!
  • im still on it tho i didnt do today as we went for a very long walk up a very tall hill instead, back on the dvd tomorrow tho!

  • I'm up for it. Loved it when did it before but so easy to stop doing it. I never got past week one but you could really notice the difference after first week.
