    Hi Ladies
Jsut thought I would pop in! I have completed it 30 days straight it is hard going and there were times I want to give up but it is so worth it I feel great having done it all!
Now the proof is in the pudding here are my before and after measurements:
    Bust: 41 - 37
    Waist: 33- 29
    Hips: 41 - 38

I didnt measure my arms or my legs but certianly feel more toned in these places. I didnt really stick to my diet too well during the shred this time but still lost 6lbs!
I am so pleased! Anyone that is struggling keep going it will be worth it!!!!

    That's fantastic, well done!! :T:T:T

I was supposed to start yesterday but didn't get round to it - definitely doing it today though if that's the effect it has.

Well, yesterday I did day 1 and OMG. It is sooo hard! I'm hoping it will get easier. Can't do today as I pulled my back last night (not Shred related) so thought I'd give my back time to rest seeing as I can't bend down let alone with weights!
I've taken all my measurements and weighed myself. Looking forward to some results! :j

Just started this again. Think I did it in February and only got to level 2 before I hurt my back and didnt get back into it.

So level 1 day 1. I'd forgotten just how intense this is. I workout every day in the gym and I was still panting and forcing my way through.

My legs hurt but I think the zumba class before I did the shred contributed to that.

I've taken my measurements which I am too embarrassed to post, but hopefully i'll see a difference soon. I think last time I lost an inch from my waist the first week.

  • Hi
I joined the Jillian Michaels online and have done the diet for a few days but just started the daily routine she gives you(yesterday)What a nightmare!! I couldn't do the 3 sets of 5 circuits but did do 2 of most. It took me over an hour but then I did have to check each exercise. I've never sweated so much during exercise- it was just pouring off me:)
I have ordered the 30 day shred from Amazon which is actually due today. How does the online routine compare with the dvd? Please don't tell me the dvd is more difficult:rotfl:
There is absolutely no way I am posting my weight and measurements here- enough to say that some of your starting stats are what I would just love to get to in the end:)
