Weight - 9st 1lb (height 5'3")
BMI - 22.5
Bust - 35"
Under bust - 29"
Waist - 28"
Abdomen (belly button) - 33 1/2"
Hips - 39"
Left arm - 11"
Left thigh - 22 1/2"
I know I don't have too much to lose, but I have quite a small frame so I look better at the lower end of my healthy weight range.Marrying my lovely man on 1st September 2012

hi i think that we build up more lean muscle, which is why weight loss doesnt look great. i have lost inches but am still not losing any pounds if that makes sense?0 -

no nothing at all. not changed my diet at all, only other thing that is maybe helping is work. ( i clean a clinic 3 hours a day)0 -

Can I join?
I want to tone up for a beach holiday in May, plus I want to run a marathon this year! (I stupidly set it as my New Years Resolution infront of all my H2B's friends at a dinner party on NYE after drinking quite a lot of wine! :rotfl:) as well as getting married next year!Phew!
Anyway, I started running 3 times a week since 4th January.
My stats are:
Height: 5ft 6"
Weight: 9st
Waist: 26"
Navel: 30"
Hips: 38"!!!!! :eek:
Thigh: 22.5"
Arms:10"
I've found just before Xmas that I couldn't fit into most of my trousers (on my jeans the fly kept coming down!).
Anyway, my problem areas are definitely my bum, thigh and tummy.
Hope running and DVD will help! You girls have definitely motivated me.

Grr. Did my measurements on Sunday then had a cheeky measure of my waist today. Total loss around my waist is zero, nil, nada.
I know its early and everything, but...huff.

Well I've been on the Special K plan for a week, did a 3-hour long Zumbathon last Saturday then a 1 hour zumba class on the Sunday, and have been bouncing on my rebounder, and I weighed myself at my parents house last night, and I'd lost the almighty amount of 1lb!
My measurements don't seem to have changed much either, and I've been really good and avoided the cakes and biscuits in the staffrooms and the chocolates. Think because the plan has been making me feel starving all the time, that my body is holding onto any fat it can, as it's going into shock!

don't lose faith :j maybe your body's losing fat, but gaining muscle, so you're not seeing much change on the scales, but it's bound to be doing you lots of good in the long run!
You should be proud of yourself - sounds like you've done loads of good things this week!0
