So Day 8 Shred and I am finding it easier, should be Day 10 but an old hockey injury (knee) reared its ugly head so I had to wait to buy a knee support. I have also joined Slimming World so my measurements now are:
Weight: 13 stone 12 stone 11.5lbs (- 2.5lbs)
Height: 5 foot 5 inches
Waist (Narrowest): 83cms (32.5 inches) 32 inches (-0.5 inch)
Belly Button: 104cms (41 inches) 38 inches (-3 inches)
Hips: 109cms (43 inches) 42 inches (-1 inch)
Boobs: 108cms (42 inches) 39 inches (-3 inches)
Bum: 114.5cms (45 inches) 44 inches (-1 inch)
Right Thigh: 66cms (26 inches) 24 inches (-2 inches)
Left Thigh: 66cms (26 inches) 23 inches (- 3 inches
Right Arm: 33cms (13 inches) 12 inches (-1 inch)
Left Arm: 31cms (12 inches) 11.5 inches (-0.5 inches)
Oh my life I am ecstatic! I started to do it because my boobs looked obscene in my dress when I tried it on at Xmas, I want to carry on with the toning and the weight loss, though not too much as I didnt buy a dress too small, just put some chub on after purchase LOL.
2 more days on Level 1 then onto level 2 for me :T

Well done Blade - you have worked really hard there - great inch loss. I've done my first Zumba class since posting my stats, and have been walking a lot more too. Will repost my stats when I've done a full month, as I've got a 3 hour long Zumbathon for a local hospice on Saturday, then Zumba the next day, so it all should help. Why the sad face after 2lb loss? That's a good amount to lose in a week, plus you've lost four inches and over half a point of your BMI!! If you know you didn't do quite as much as you intended then you know what you need to do next week...

BMI = 29.80 -
half way there for me now. here are my new measurements
waist (narrowest part) 32.5" 2.5 loss from day 1
belly button 36.5" 3.5 loss from day 1
below belly button 39" 2 loss from day 1
hips 41.5" 1.5 loss from day 1
right thigh 22.5 1 loss from day 10 -

2nd week for me...not shredding but watching diet and back belly dancing, zumba and doing stuff at home too....slightly depresed as have only lost half a pound this week and measurements haven't changed apart from half an inch off the hips0

I am mega impressed, your starting measurements were pretty similar to mine so this gives me hope. Are you doing anything else other than the shred?0 -
I'm a bit miffed this week. I did 3 days of shred and also Zumba and I've switched to a healthy eating plan, except for wine on Saturday night.
And.... no weight loss and no change in my measurements
I worked my butt off this week so I'm really disappointed.
I lost 3lbs in my first week so I dont know what I've done different?
Do you think Shred makes you build muscle which cancels out your weight loss? I hope so!
H2B thinks I look more toned though, but he might be just saying that to make me feel better :cool:What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0
