Wow, really impressed :D keep it up missy :j Also I am very jealous that you haven't been mega-achey- you must be super fit to start with. I think it hurts so much because it is using muscles I don't usually use, as the hurting stops after 3 or 4 days. However, it then begins all over again when I move up a level :rotfl:

It's fab to see so many people getting the dvd, hopefully we can all motivate each other when it gets tough :)

Today is my day 7. I am tempted to drop back to be in sync with you though as level 2 is blooming scary and don't think I can face it on my own- have tried it before and I couldn't do half of it :o:eek:

I have now lost 6lbs through dieting and now determined to get that wrapper off and get shredding. Seems to be a few of us just starting so might just be the motivation I need!

Have just finished level one, day 8. Definitely felt significantly easier than on day one. I've got more energy and am feeling generally a bit healthier :)

We should give level 2 a go at some point, even if it's just looking horrified at in while sitting on the sofa :rotfl:Of course making the weights heavier makes it considerably harder, so if you want to stick with level one on day 11 then maybe consider upping the weights. Mine are 3lb ones which I think is what they use on the shred- I would be dubious about going heavier than 3lb in case it really bulks up the arms  lol.

Have just been having a look at the other dvds in her range, will probably be treating myself to some of them at some point. I think the body adapts to exercise and a bit of variety will maximise the results :) Plus I do get a little bit bored with the same routines, and my wedding is still 15 months away so I've got plenty of time to work my way through the Jillian Michaels back catalogue :rotfl:

Well I did it. Box opened and day 1 complete. Wow that was some workout and have no weights as yet. Bet I ache in the morning. But no pain no gain.

Well done, getting started is always the hardest part. You can use baked bean tins or water bottles instead of weights and gradually use heavier objects to build up the resistance if you don't want to invest in a pair of handweights- they use 3lb weights so I wouldn't use anything heavier than that!

See you for day 2 tomorrow :)
