OMG!
i think i'm going to hurt tomorrow
i've done my first day of the DVD tonight and i felt the burn! I havent really done any exercise for 12 months due to pregnancy (my son is now 3 months) and i had a few problems that meant i couldnt do any exercise. now i'm getting back into it i'm thinking maybe i should have started with something gentler!! lol0 -
Hi everyone, can I join in too please
Just done my first day on lvl 1 and I'm flippin shattered lol. It was really HARD and I honestly didn't think I'd manage it at times. My MIL has offered me her 2KG hand weights but I could hardly hold up 2 400g tins of beans, so I'll buy some smaller weights instead!!
Took me 10 minutes to get my left trainer on because I managed to get my foot jammed under the bottom step of my step ladder yesterdayso a nice bruise and graze today made it a bit painfull on the top of my foot!!
I'll measure myself tomorrow because right now I doubt I'd be able to hold the tape... my arms feel like jelly lol.Even if you stumble, you're still moving forward.0 -
Hi ladies! I shredded for the first time today. It was tres hard and my arms and legs feel like jelly. I presume there is no way to avoid the pain I will inevitably suffer tomorrow? Not really looking to lose weight or inches, but really need to tone the belly after two babies, and do something about my puny muscles. 29 days seems like a long way away.....Debt free as of July 2010 :j

i've done day 4 now, and i've got to say overall it does start to hurt less! hurrah! still struggling with the press ups and also the first combination of jumping jacks followed by 'jump rope' is a killer! major lower leg burn! but the great thing is that i can feel that it is making a difference already! so keep with it everyone, we will get through it and our clothes will fit better!
not going to redo measurements until tomorrow so i only measure once a week (hope it doesnt disappoint!).Car Boot Queen!!

Hi,
I did day 3 of the Shred yest and am feeling less achey today! I can feel it working already but need to find the tape measure so I can get some real proof! I'm finding it challenging but it's good that it only lasts 20 minutes! I also run but am finding that the Shred is getting better results in a much shorter time!
I haven't looked at level 2 yet though......January 2010 £47,314.43October 2012 £28,075.140
