Haha, mine sat in its cellophane for 2.5 months!! I think that was the most difficult challenge, actually using it!!
Whens your wedding? Mine is on 23rd July - getting close now :j:j:j
I have found that I haven't been losing weight on the scales as much lately, but I am definately toning up loads. I had a picture taken of me at zumba class the other day (she did ask first, lol! it was for her website!) and I was really surprised by how much different I looked! I don't have a full length mirror at home and I just don't think I had noticed if you get me?? I keep looking at the picture now and thinking, wow, soooooo different from when I started. I have lost 2 stone tho since january, so there is bound to be some big changes.
I think you will be able to keep it up. I find it helps having this thread as support too. :T
Thanks I hope I can the wedding is July 15 and I have spent the last few months with lots of good intentions about eating right and exercising but hopefully this will give me some last minute help:rotfl:Debt Free Wannabe by 1 January 2016

Like a few of you on hee, I've purchase the DVD but never took it out of the packaging!!

Tammy I'm only on level 1 (completed day 3 today with the OH, just to prove how hard it is!)
I'll help push you along if you do the same for me?❤Planned our wedding, still planning lessons❤

Spoonymoose it does get easier, the aching wore off by day four and I am noticing a big difference in my arms and also clothes that were tight on me are no longer! Problem I have is doing it every day as away a lot with work. Today will be day 6 on level 1 but that will over three weeks now. Still too scared to try level 2!!Married 29th Feb 2012 :beer:Determined to lose lbs and save £'s30 day shred started 4th June 2012 - Days completed 15 :eek:0

I am finding it gradually easier! I shall be doing day 4 after Waterloo Road, just before The Apprentice
The OH was huffing and puffing away and I was able to time my breathing well and wasn't so out of breath. You're on Spoony! I'll do level 1 when I get home from work (is now dreading leaving work! lol)
:T You can do it...
It will be hard but once you've done it you'll know when it ends and when it's coming to an end which kinda spurs you on a bit❤Planned our wedding, still planning lessons❤

right then ladies i'm inspired!!
I've ordered the DVD and will be joining you doing the shred as soon as it gets here. in the mean time i'm continuing with my wii fit and hoping to lose a few inches & lbs over the next few weeks/months.
heres my measurements before i start
height: 5 ft 11
weight: 76kg
bust: 36"
waist at narrowist point: 30.5"
waist at belly button: 37" (i blame this on the fact i have a 3 month old baby boy!!)
hips: 42"
thigh: 25.5"
we'll see how unfit i am as soon as the DVD turns up. is it really hard?0 -
i've just received my dvd in todays post but decided to wait until tomorrow as I didnt have chance to have lunch today at work so didnt want to pass out! got to say it's all down to this thread, sounded like it was the best thing for me as its 20 mins (i have a short attention span). Plus, i always run out of inspiration so coming on here to see how everyone is doing looks like the best motivation! I will post my measurements tomorrow before I do the first go at it....Car Boot Queen!!

Sales, boots, charity shops, ebay- why would anyone ever pay full price for anything??!0 -
right, measurements:
right thigh: 20" (top of thigh 24")
hips at widest point: 40.5"
point just below bellybutton: 35"
at bellybutton: 33"
waist: 29"
bust: 33"
right arm: 10.5"
basically my problem areas are thigh, hip, stomach and I would like to lose about 2 inches at least from all these bits so i can fit back into my too-tight clothes!
did the shred for the first time today after work- man, it's hard work but i felt GREAT afterwards. got major jellylegs now tho so im sure i'll be suffering tomorrow! i really like the fact that it's only 20 mins and you know where you are at each point, and that each bit is quite short so i dont get bored
i have got plans for tomorrow and sat (usually have busy weekends) so i wont be able to do the shred again until sunday, but i plan to then do it through to thursday when im hoping to join a zumba class.
for those who have done zumba before, what is it like??Car Boot Queen!!
