Ooooh....some more good news for me. I've just been offered marking for AQA GCSE Psychology.
I'm a very happy bunny, estimate is that it should net me £910!
I'll defo take that!

Just caught up on your Diary Twinklie,
Very nice amount to go towards your OP fund.
Bit odd about the MIL but like they say there is nothing as queer as folk.

I will just point out that I'm more excited about getting it for the career development aspect than anything else. I just feel as though it will enable me to teach the subject better. I know my psychology but knowing what the exam board want in a response is a different thing. This way I should be able to prepare my students better and gain higher marks...fingers crossed.
I'm flying solo on this and I've put lots of work in, I want to make it as big of a success as I can! Yey me though.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

I should also point out it won't be going towards OPing mortgage but rather paying off credit cards.
Still, it's all heading in the right direction.
Not to mention one of my mates got some marking for EDEXCEL and is only getting £360. But I think hers is more yes/no and mine is long answer stuff so will take longer. I'm really pleased its the long answer stuff because that's what I'm least confident at in terms of teaching! YEY! Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

It's quite tragic what we get excited about isn't it! Still, I'm sure you'll get plenty of comedy out of my moaning about it all when the time comes. I keep getting SAT's marking flash backs. Ha haReduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

I'm sure i did say the same myself about professional development when i did SAT marking. We loved it.
I even signed up to do it the year i had DS2, but i had him the Tuesday before the meeting on the Saturday i thought to myself that it perhaps wasn't the best idea to do. :rotfl:I once went to a meeting where someone had to keep stopping to breastfeed, and it really peeved the rest of us off. I'd have struggled to smuggle a newborn in under my jumper. 0 -
