    Morning everyone.

Could everyone please post up any extra web pages they're using to look for hotel deals. Some of the sites that used to be fantastic in previous years have slowed to a virtual stop (i.e. Fatwallet). How about posting any other finds and we can ask Trets to update it for us?

Maybe we could add the LCI link?

Technically are supposed to be a member of their players club, but free to join and locations throughout the UK.

And maybe the Friends and Family link?

Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

I think that LCI link is a dead duck now. I have looked on it several times over the past year and there is never anything to be had, don't know if anyone else has had any luck. Ahhh for the days I used it and had a week at Caesars for $500, and 9 nights at Paris for $600
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

I have been checking it recently for the Flamingo and it is the same price as F and F and they are both the cheapest rates I can find

Worth adding them both. The F&F is more for my dates than what I've found direct, lol, but it may be cheaper for some......

Great thread! I just wish I came accross this before I booked up my flights and hotel through Ebookers!! My deal was a good deal, but I never thought that it would be cheaper to book directly with the hotel.

Anyway, I am in the process of maybe changing my booking from the MGM, just searching for where else to go as the MGM doesnt have that good reviews with the folk on there!!

Has anyone got any experience with Treasure Island?

Both TI and MGM are "near the end of the strip" although at opposite ends. Both are "a bit tired" like the Mirage was before its refit eg huge 36in tellys in a big brown box at the end of the bed, rather than a nice plasma.

Ive seen very few people here staying at TI.

I don't think there is anything wrong with MGM -apart from its mega size.......which some people consider an advantage
