Only the very first morning when it's impossible to sleep! After then I'll have gotten over the jet lag and there will be no chance of dragging myself out of bed with only a few hours sleep

    This is just awful!!

I wonder what they will do at GVR at least, since the OPH took over their cafe...I guess go back to their cafe, which we also really liked...but still.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?
  • That's probably what's happening as the Grand Cafe is back at Sunset and some of the others...

yes, they are quite small inside, even if your a passanger there is a large cool bag between your feet with water in so you cant stretch out anyway. Im 5'8 and was comfortable would not like to be 6ft plus in there. But Scoot city is amazing and to be cramped for 4 hrs well worth it

Has anyone any thoughts about staying at the New York New York hotel in vegas? going in feb for a week with my 14 year old.
  • Have absolutely no problems with NYNY. The rooms arent the newest/biggest but we've stayed there 3 times now and have never had any problems. Rooms are clean and they do the job.
Pool isnt the biggest but again, it does the job if all you want to do is lounge around and go for a bit of a dip to cool off.

Like the casino, always seem to do alright in there. It's not everyone's cuppa tea, but we like it and have never had any issues with service, staff, rooms etc etc

As you've got a young 'un with you the arcades there will be one outlet for you but a lot of the machines were/are old and knackered. the roller coaster is worth a go twice - once in daylight, and again at night.
