i'm sure everyone's subscribed to Groupon, but just in case, Scoot City are on @ half price ($125) for a car (which fits 2 people) - limited availability!

Any one any good tips for renting a "cool" car from Vegas to LA? Hertz are one of the only companies I see guaranteeing models but you can't take the cool ones one way. There will be four of us so I think a Mustang will sadly be out of the question!

Booked the Wynn through Lowcostusa for £699 for six nights in January, not the cheapest nice hotel but we want to be near the Sands Expo centre and the Venetian for work.

    Thanks

For the monorail, you have to buy it before midnight today, but you can buy 2 for 1 tickets that you can use anytime in the next year

Brilliant - $6 for an all-day pass...brilliant. And free shipping.

    Thanks to you and nvh!

Have bought 4...as we are staying at Bally's this is excellent...we're planning on going to Envy one night anyway, so the monorail is really convenient for that...and while yes, I know very well that the stations are not always that well situated, we have found before that we like the monorail if it costs a lot less than full price.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

A friend of ours had a Mustang convertible for a few days. It may well have been good to drive, but it was the most uncomfortable car I have ever been a passenger in. EVER! Including a Ford Ka and an old style Mini. I was in the front too.
