SeptemberA quick question to you Wise Vegas Regulars please - Do you think buying $'s at 1.6 is good? I've been waiting for this rate, do you think with what's happening with US cash flow problems it will go up/down?? We go in September. TIADecember 2011 Sesky Watch, strimmer, tv, hoover & steam cleaner. March 2012 Straw dogs blueray film.0

TIAThe common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

compared to the P.O. and Natwest that's a fair price, I bought some Friday at $1.62 at ICE.
It seems unthinkable that the U.S. will go broke, if it does the rate will probably leap towards $1.70.
I personally think they'll do a West Wing and get something sorted. There is always the usual risk that whatever happens our Government opens its gob and kicks the legs out of any improvement in rates.
Check the MSE exchange maximiser, I decided to buy a bit at a time to smooth out any fluctuation. At time of replying best rate is $1.6226, ICE $1.619, Natwest $1.55 and the P.O. and Marks $1.590 -

Thanks for the info, think I'll edge my bets and buy at 1.6 then. It'll be just my luck it'll shoot up when I've bought!December 2011 Sesky Watch, strimmer, tv, hoover & steam cleaner. March 2012 Straw dogs blueray film.0 -

And if you don't buy, no doubt it will then drop.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
