How were you compensated for the move? Full refund for Mandalay Bay and free room at MGM or something else?
$20 for a taxi and 1 nights room paid. after a lot of arguing he said he'd comp 3 of the 6 nights. this was supposed to be confirmed by email and as yet Ive not received the email. Ive emailed the manager and his boss and as yet no reply from either.0 -

AugustShocking service WHD - like someone said before - get on twitter and shame them, and facebook! They should take your complaint more serious then. No way are they like for like, could they not give you the Sig?0

quick uodate - just got in from our night out at maggianos/luxor/excalibur/mgm and won enough to cover the dinner cost.
after sending a rather stern email yesterday to MB I have recieved an email from them confirming they are now comping all 6 nights.
I wish they'd had done something like this at the start and we didnt have to go through the complaining/whinging aspect of things as it saves everyone a lot of hassle.0 -
JulyMorning All,
Stick me in the Nicole Marshall (Guest Experience Manager at the Tropicana) fan club as well. After a recommendation on here, I popped her an email. Just had confirmation of an upgrade for both the rooms we've booked for the entire fortnight (despite us not asking for an upgrade), a list of suggestions on things for Vegas veterans to do (I'm attempting to try a couple of new things for my 30th) and the waiving of the resort fee (despite us planning on using the wifi and gym etc). Off to cancel all our other reservations now!
Cheers,

November / DecemberHelloooo all,
Planning my first ever tirp to Vegas, in December - want to be there over Christmas and new years. BUT would also like to do it as cheaply as possible, of course!
Have read the guide, but am now confused as to how and where to book! What are YOUR secret tips!
Our flights are sorted, so just need hotel and car (is it worth having a car? We're going to do 2 weeks there and I think some trips way from the strip might be a good idea!) - is parking free for each hotel? I was going to book the car for the whole 2 weeks, if we get a good deal, so we have the flexibility of when we want to use it.
Thank you for any help!

OctoberDont listen to Stoneman
(unless he is talking about In N Out) Terry Fator is a great show, very funny
Oh, and In N Out would never have trouble filling their place.:DThe common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -

Am thinking of sending an email to a hotel once I have booked my room. Any hints of content? :-)0
