One step closer. The latest email from Netflights has the supplier code on it which allows you to review your booking on the Cosmopolitan website. So far so good.

What do you mean by the supplier code..where can I find it

The same 2 nights I booked at Cosmo for £195 are now £334

Have you had an email from Netflights that contains a PDF file that includes as part of its name DepartureDocs? In that PDF is your accommodation voucher, and the supplier code is on that. THe supplier code is effectively the booking code for the Cosmo.

As you are going later in the summer than us, it might be that they haven't sent your email out yet?

I still wont stay at Tropicana as it is in the wrong location (for me) and I dont like the casino (although it wasnt quite finished when I was there last).

Where didnt the clarity card work, ATM,s ? over the counter etc?

Has anyone else had a problem using their clarity card?

For south strip I think the location is good, it is very easy to get to MGM Grand, NYNY, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, Excalibur and Hooters. But then for anywhere north of that (eg Caesar's, Bellagio etc.) it's quite or walk, or you've gotta take the Deuce.

And the Clarity wouldn't work at any ATM, or over the counter. I tried about 15 different ATMs. I'll let you know what Halifax say in response to my letter.

I know ...that's why I suggested you might not have had the email yet as we are off in July.

334 for our two nights now. Looks like it was a misprice, but they are honouring it.

I don't think I'd be articulate or coherent enough to get what I want over the phone (a refund of the charges I paid by using by Nationwide card). I find a letter is usually more successful for things like that. And no I've not used it in the UK but I have used it in Germany and Spain without any problems.

Sorry for all the questions, just that I have a clarity card that I may use in Vegas and I have never used it before even though I have had it for ages

We have the Halifax credit card (the one for using abroad) and we had problems in Vegas at Xmas despite having used it there 3 months prior and informing them before we left that we'd be going to the US. Had to call the helpline at 1am from hotel room (bought a $10 calling card so wasn't too bad) to get them to unblock it as it kept getting refused in shops!! Had used it in Europe no problem before. We then had problems with it in Bangkok a couple of months ago too and we'd let them know before hand we would be using it there. My advice in future would be to call them as soon as possible when it is refused, no matter where you are in the world you can probably buy a cheap phone card for a few $$$

Just checked and I used the Clarity card 38 times for purchases and twice for cash withdrawals at an ATM. No problems whatsoever.

I did call them in advance and completed a "holiday form" for the dates we would be away.
