    Hello,

Me and Boyfriend are both thinking of travelling to Las Vegas on the 28th of December and staying for 5 Days. We went to New York in January and loved it so las vegas is next on our list. I just have a few questions

*what is Las Vegas like at New year?
    *What is the weather like?
*Have had a quote form Virgin flying on the 28th and returning on the 2nd of Jan from Gatwick and staying at Planet Hollywood - came out at £1263 pp

    Any Help is much appreciated

    A X

Have you read page 1, most of your questions are answered there.

Have you priced a flight on its own? Its usually the cheaper way to do things although I believe hotels are expensive over new year

I fly out tomorrow morning guys so I'll sign off for now! Thanks for all the advice, through this forum I've got some restaurant vouchers, a Scoot City tour and a heap of great advice for my holiday. TR when I get back!

In the meantime; the reason for my trip is to participate in Event #23 "$2,500 8-game mix" at the World Series of Poker. The tournament is on between Monday night next week and Wednesday night. You can follow my progress with hourly live chip stack updates on www.wsop.com. My name is Tom Brownlee (shhh don't tell anyone)

With masses of luck I hope to win the damn thing and bring that world series bracelet back to the UK (and the MSE forums)!

Hard luck Tom, better luck next year

I have just checked and Tom didnt get in the money (last 48), they are now down to the last 8

    ps

You are not related to the Brownlee triathletes are you

We have just arrived back from Vegas. We're sitting on the train waiting to go home. We can certainly tell we're back home. It's bloody freezing!

Welcome back Pebbles, hope you had a great trip. I bet you've got an American accent you've been there that long!
