    Stuie, last year I watched ENgland v USA in ESPN zone at NYNY. They may have the game on. Might be worth asking beforehand.

    Pretty sure the ESPN Zone @ NYNY has now closed. Well, it was closed in September when I was last there.

    Hi

    Wondering what people's thoughts were on this groupon offer today in Vegas.

    'Tour takers can indulge in complimentary wine or martini tastings (one wine flight or small martini) at Fusion, La Scena, Salute, and Laguna'...........I wonder what a wine flight or small martini might be like. Will it be tiny???

    Just ask at the sportsbook in you hotel, and they will put the footy on for you. It might also be on a channel on tv in your room.

    The ESPN zone closed last year.

    Really hoping for some opinions ! Trying to book 14 nights in Vegas, from Tues 13th Sept, checking out Tues 27th.
    Two conditions - 1) budget £1000 max & 2) a stay at the Cosmo, ideally for the last 4 nights, to go out with a bang ! My biggest regret last year was starting in the Wynn and "going down" to the MGM, what a come down.

    Have a couple of combinations, just trying to figure best options and any input would be appreciated

    3 Nights @ Mirage = £186 (direct booking)
    3 Nights at Golden Nugget = £167 (low cost usa)
    4 Nights at Paris = £188 (low cost usa)
    4 Nights at Cosmo , in a premium view terrace = £490
    Total = £1031

    OR

    3 nights GN = £86
    3 nights = £?? but budget of £230 (Fri, Sat & Sun)
    4 nights at Flamingo GO room = £194
    4 nights at Cosmo premium view terrace = £490
    Total = £1000

    3 nights GN = £88
    2 nights Ballys = £180
    5 nights Encore = £420
    4 nights Cosmo but in a city room = £403
    Total = £1091

    Ahhh, not sure whether to have two top hotels for the last 8 nights but in bog standard rooms, or to just have the one top end hotel (Cosmo) but with a fab room.

    Any thoughts?? Other suggestions?

    Thanks!

    I have managed to use Voip in every hotel we've stay at the past few trips. Also some of the hotels now have wifi where they only had an ethernet connection before.

    Football will definitely be on at the MGM sportsbook.
