P&T is regularly discounted - doesn't yet cover your dates though:

    http://www.travelzoo.com/entertainment/las-vegas/

I would almost always book direct...we were front row for P&T and really enjoyed it...some people weren't as keen...Penn talks a lot...that annoys some people. :)

Hi, we just got back from Vegas this Sunday. It was amazing! 36-38 degrees, sunny.
Stayed at Flamingo Go rooms, very very happy with that.

Went to see Penn and Teller on 3rd May, booked direct using the Travelzoo code, even though Travelzoo did not advertise is for our dates yet, the code worked. We sat in 8th row, it cost us $62 each after discount. Seats were great, theatre was packed! And show was excellent! Even have photos with both of them and signed program! My husband is magician so we really liked it.:T

    Hi guys
just thought it is worth mention to anybody heading to Vegas now.
We just got back on Sunday, were in Vegas from 3 - 7 May.
There is promotion going on in front of Planet Hollywood, it is called Press your luck.
It is tent close to Pink's hotdog, you can't miss it. You need picture ID, it is free, just go there and press button and on the screen you will see what you won.
    Main prize 1 million.
We went there every day, saw people winning $200 max.
We won, free drinks, $10 and $25 free slot plays at PH and $20 food voucher to use in any hotels of Harrah group. It was great.
You need to sign up for Total Rewards to be able to claim it.

We used that food voucher at our hotel Flamingo on Friday night for buffet. ($21.99) it was such a excellent buffet! There was loads of seafood, chinese, sushi and those cakes!!!!! Will post photos later on :)

You cannot get Total Rewards online, have to go to any Harrah group hotel and they have Total Rewards desk there, where you show your passport and sign paper and they give you the card plus we got each $5 free slot and voucher book:)
We signed up in our hotel Flamingo, Total Rewards desk is only few meters from Check in desks there.
In Planet Hollywood it is in Casino, it is sign posted and easy to find. When walk in just go left till you get to Total Rew desk..

Total Rewards card is valid for all casinos in Harrah group, Flamingo, Bally, PH, Rio , Ceasar's Palace etc.

Yes there is a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board.

The resort fee is $18 + tax so $20.16. It includes free wireless internet access, a $15 beverage credit per stay, although we got two, and free local and 800 calls.

When I booked back in October, the resort fee was only $10 so I mentioned this to the check in clerk to see if I could get it at that rate. I didn't expect to as the T&C's said the new rate was for "stays" after a certain date not bookings.

She asked if I had a copy of my confirmation, which I had. (This is the first time I've ever needed it).

She then spoke to her manager and came back and said I would get it at $10. :)

Thanks, hope you're having fun and not broke the bank! lol

they recently changed TR so you can sign up online, but I don't really see the point unless you are booking a hotel deal that requires membership or something...sometimes if you sign up online you don't get any new-sign-up freebies that might be on offer.

But the players club booths are generally well sign-posted as misa says - if you don't see it, just ask someone for the players club booth and they will point you to it.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

from recollection, Discover America deals can only be bought by Americans (i think that's what the T&Cs said)

... not sure how vigilent and strict they are with it though
