Just wondering if any one knows the details of the Sheffield Council MOT centre? I've searched these threads and can't seem to find details of it and the sheffield.gov.uk site is fairly useless.
Sheffield is a big place so there should be one!!
Thanks.0 -
I am trying to book my MOT but the number for Fife (01592 414141) is no longer working, does anyone know if there is a new number? Thanks.0

National Tyres currently have a similar offer for RAC Members. Their price is cheap anyway on their website. Any feedback of MOT's done at National?
Cheers

I took my car into the Fife Council MOT centre in Kirkcaldy. The guys were great and all I needed was 1 front tyre (rightly so after I looked at!) and after popping down the road and picking one up I got my MOT certificate. £40 for the MOT and £28 for the tyre from another garage, two thumbs up and thanks for the advice!0

You have a responsibility to check your own tyres regularly, not wait for an MOT test to find an illegal tyre. If you had been stopped by the police, it would have cost you more than £28.

Hi, I am not aware of a council MOT station in Sheffield but have used Top Tread tyres on St Mary's Gate for several years now because they give the car a thorough test but are not angling for any repairs business.0
