Oops blue-eyed, I agree dont be too disheartened. My old WWs leasder used to say that if you know why you had a gain then you learn from it. Its when you have stuck to the plan like glue that there is a problem. Also I would wait and see what your loss is next week. Our bodies are weird and mysterious things and sometimes show a gain then a huge loss the next week just because its having one of its 'moments' haha

I agree with giggles, blue eyed and have found before if you behave again this week you`ll have a fab loss next week.

Certain times of month our bodies hold water...who knows why

It was interesting this week at our weigh in as alot of us over a lb weight loss had had fish and chips. It was really strange.

I think we (not me) must have behaved most of week, went out and had fish and chips, b&b and tea and then thought we were naughty and behaved more...result weight loss and still in your sin values....thats my findings anyhow:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Giggles - i hope your not doing too much, i`m watching mind;)

Thanks for your support girls. I'm going to watch carefully what passes my lips over the next couple of weeks (eat plenty but keep an eye on the number of treats etc) and then we are going up to Edinburgh for a couple of days when I will have whatever I fancy :D:D:D Not setting a specific target as that just puts the kibosh on things.

This damned weather had better improve - hung washing out first thing and re-fed the washer with second lot - tosses down with hail stones and everything while I'm down the town  I've actually got heating on to dry washing - could have sworn this is summertime :D

Take care girls whatever you are up to.

haha Ill behave I promise Susan :D. Im looking forward to sunday when the madness is over and I can have a good sleep haha I know its father day but Dads just told me he needs to go out for a few hours at lunchtime to finish a job so I can have a laze around then!

Well Im finally off to bed... have baked and iced 54 cupcakes!!!!!!!!! Couldnt start them till 8pm as was at work then straight to supermarket to buy ingredients then off to the college to sell the dvds, so it was 8pm before I was home. But my aim was to be in bed by 12 as I am up at 615am, so I think I have done quite well with 25 mins to spare yet hehe. Must admit I did eat two of the cupcake straight out of the oven... I have to taste that the batch is ok right?! But havent had one with icing on mainly as by the time I have done 54 I was sick of the sight of them haha plus I have to 'taste' the buttercream whilst making it anyway hahaha

My official training period is ending this week at work (altho we continue training on the team with our mentors for months yet we just dont train with teh actual trainers anymore) so that means I start doing 2 late shifts a week from next week. And mine has fallen on the day I have my WWs weight in :( So I think I am going to have to find another meeting. I know my cousin goes to ones on a tuesday evening, I usually have a dance lesson but have said I need to rearrange that anyway as its too much of a rush to get to it after work so I may consider going to that one. Altho not sure it may be abit strange going with my cousin haha Shes lovely and support and everything, its just I think I may prefer to keep it to myself. Need to have a think I think.

Hiya karen - noted your comments on carveries. Now you mention it the last time I visited our local carvery (not toby) the veggies were quite butttery but we might only go there once a month (if that) so its not too bad but they have a teatime special of free dessert with your meal  Don't ask how I know but the lovely vanilla ice-cream is a rather pleasant accompaniment to the apple crumble :D

Let us know how you are getting along :)
