have a lovely holiday ilovepugs. I have about 4 stone to loose too but am taking it at little milestones rather than looking at it as a whole. But then I realised that when I manage (hopefully!) to pass the stone mark that it actualy a quarter of the way there!!!! Back to the small milestones after that those till the next stone :D

    Morning girls

Well here goes before I chicken out this week as well :o

    Weight 22/6/11 - 15st 1.5lbs
    Weight 13/7/11 - 15st 2.5lbs
    This weeks loss - +1lbs
    Total loss since June 2010 - 7st 3.5lbs

Tried to pull this back a bit this week - not totally angelic but have undone some of the damage of the last couple of weeks. Had weigh in at gps on Monday and they were pleased as I'd lost about 2kgs on their scales over about 5 weeks I think. So I'm classing this as a fresh start as well giggles - onwards and upwards as they say (or in our case would downwards to a better option) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Going on shopping trip today with a friend for her birthday so I will try to do a bit of the 'wiser choices' things hopefully :p

Another friend has booked me in for an extra session at gym on Friday for a 'spinning class' - any ideas anyone?????

I could probably do with another 4 stone off but I just daren't think that far ahead. Atm it will be an achievement to get into 'overweight' instead of the horrible sounding 'obese'.

Good luck Giggles with your fresh start - we can do this :j:j

Enjoy your hols ilovepugs and you can get back into a proper routine when you return. ;)

You have been a little bit quite Pep - hope everything is ok with you :)

Good luck everyone and stick with it - it is worth it in the end.

thanks blue_eyed :D. I had a sneaky weigh on my wii after it and that was saying I had lost the 1lb I put on last week and usually my wii is slightly more than the WWs scales. Altho this was weighing in in the eve and I will be weighing in in the morn. So fingers crossed :D.

Good luck with the spinning. Isnt it like a special bike that you just pedal as hard as you can on? I may have that completely wrong but I have heard its a real workout!

Well Giggles - made it to the cyclenergy class last night and what a sweaty betty I turned into :D It certainly got the old heart pumping.
Booked in for a cardioblast class on Monday . We are trying out different classes as there are some big changes going on with the local leisure centres in the area with all of the cut backs that are happening. So we see this as an opportunity to try different things before we commit to anything.

Meals are not too bad but having a lot of trouble with the in-betweenies and I've turned into a girl who just can't say no

    Hope everyone is doing ok.

Well how can I describe the cyclenergy class. The bikes were static (just as well) one wheel at the front and a dial that you had to turn to alter the resistance to feel anything from freewheeling to climbing the steepest hill. We did this to music and the instructor was calling out each time we had to change resistance to keep in with the music. The regulars/young ones were also having to stand/hover and pedal. We were shown some leniency due to our age and fitness level :D

At gym in the morning for about 60 - 90 mins in the fitness suite - will just see how it goes. :D

Fingers crossed for your wi - hope you reach your 1 stone target ;)

Ooh that cyclenergy sounds interesting! Sound like a real workout, the change in resistance on a bike is what really works your body isnt it? Thats great that its to music too though, I can find going on a bike quite boring so that would jazz it up abit.

    weight loss so far: 12.5lbs
    weight loss this week: -2lbs
    new total weight loss: 14.5lbs

yay! I crossed the one stone milestone!!!!!!! Was so happy! Now my aim is another 5lbs to take me to my weightwatchers 10% goal!
